Bulking Mental Health

so this might be odd but i was what i considered overweight and got to a visible six pack and wanted to add more muscle so i started a bulk and i instantly quit it after 3 months because my mental state tanked because i lost my visible 6 pack is this common?

Yes, you have mental illness.

Treat the underlying issues first.

Wanting to stop a bulk and lean up to have visible abs isn't weird in itself, but tanking your mental state over what is obviously going to happen during a long bulk is bizarre.
 
Nothing wrong with that at all. If you start a bulk lean enough theres no reason it can’t be successful at putting on some muscle mass without gaining a bunch of fat
