bulking diets

I plan on starting a bulking cycle at the beginning of
the year. I am going to use TestEthan 500 mg QD week
along with 75 mg of Tren QD. I want to gain 10-15
pounds.

I have bulked before using a variety of different diets
but was hoping other bros would lead by example by
posting some their own personal bulking diets that
really worked well for them and the theory behind them.

My personal is the see-food diet....it is revolutionary and new. The concept behind it is simple. See food....eat food....massive amounts. Throw down a couple of protein shakes on top of the food, and BAM....the see-food diet.

I would start off by eating one bad meal a day and the other 4-6 being clean food or shakes. If you find yourself getting stronger/bigger without getting fat, replace another "clean" meal with a bad one. Do this until you feel you are putting on some fat. Everyone's different so you gotta find out what your own metabolism is like. You might have to eat all clean meals, OR you might have to eat all bad meals!!
