Bulk or cut?

Just wanted to get opinions of some of you guys on whether I should bulk or cut. Of course there's no right or wrong answer but just interested in seeing what you guys think. So I'm around 5'9 around 200lbs not a clue what bodyfat I'm at now but definitely on the high side looking fluffy around the midsection top two abs barley visible..waist is 37inches I've always wanted to be big I'd rather be fatter than small...i want more somize and thickness on shoulders chest back and arms..I do wanna cut down and be lean but I can't handle looking smaller than I do and I feel absolutely only count on a body that's a certain size I was thinking bulking then cutting but I don't want to become some fat c***t at the same time lol what do you guys think just any thoughts would be much appreciated
 
Hya mate yes I'm natural but was considering bulking up with a test deca dbol cycle fat gain isn't an issue as long as it isn't Completely overboard. My goal is extra mass thickness and width then do a cut when I'm happyish
 
I'd suggest if you've already made up your mind to run a cycle that you start off simple... test only cycle... do a search of first cycle and read up bro.... if you're eating and putting in the work then you'll put on size..just my .02...there's a lot more to read and learn that I'm not covering but you can do all of that here man as you find the time
 
I would start off with a test only cycle as well. See how your sides to that are eg. hematocrit, and estradiol. Once you know how you respond to that add dianabol next cycle. Then Deca the cycle after. I have heard of really lean gains on deca, but it raises hematocrit so you will have to give blood.
 
Its pretty simple ; if your fat when you start a bulk cycle , you"ll gain muscle but you"ll also get fatter , and fatter . My advice is to get lean first then cycle . You"ll get lots more out of the cycle and you"ll see more of the results from AAS use .

Most guys give up trying to lean-out first so because they see the arm tape getting smaller . Goodbye 17"s and hello again 15.5"s ! So they bulk-up more & more while the waist gets bigger unless they diet back down (and lose the arm size)...its a vicious cycle :confused:

Yes! A vicious cycle it is haha. And I am not going to lie several times I've fallen into that same cycle...my measurements getting smaller the scale going down people around me telling me how I'm looking a lot smaller..it drives me crazy and ultimately leads to me going back onto my bulk...I'd honestly rather be holding more fat and more size then cutting down and making leaner gained and then cut down when I get to a certain size where I wouldn't mind dieting down..I would love to be head strong enough to cut down first then bulk but I just want size lol thanks for your feedback guys

Ive been doing this most of my life , bulking or cutting . Its all good . Im cutting right now , will have gone (again) from 210 fat to about 170lbs cut. Maybe 165lbs (Im 5'5") . I like being big and bullstrong but I also like being small & ripped . Thats when Im full of energy . Enjoy your bulk ;)
 
Dam I wish I was 5'5 haha that's an awesome weight at that size! I've always wanted to be shorter and stockier so I guess what I make up on width and thickness well help achieve that more shorter stockier look...what bf% were you at 210 pal

Probably 18-20% bf or a little less @210lbs, us short older guys also show our stomachs when we bulk. I like 180lbs for size/definition (10-12%bf).
 
Having a look at your pics on here your physique is literally my goal physique.. .pure dense thick full and wide...my top abs are only slightly visible but I know too uncover the rest of them I'll lose the Size from everywhere first on the other hand I bulk up add size I don't want to become a big fat f**k lol...dilemmas dilemmas lol

Heres the weight/look my wife likes best (and her sister ;)) 180lbs @5'5"
(3 yrs ago @53) Not BB huge but most women like the leaner tan look (I used a tanning bed for 4 weeks). I could have got leaner here...remember on a whole most women like lean abs/butts and other guys like big arms and chest . Im trying to get back to this look for next summer...

Haha her sister too I like it lol and what your saying is true...my fiancee loved it when I was leaner she hates me bulking she thought I was big when we first met at 165 woman ey...

There's a few places where I can donate blood however a few friends of mine have been turned away from doing so...something about a finger prick test showing hematocrit too high what would I do in this scenario? As they just leave it...irresponsible I know lol
 
@BAA95 --Your 5'9" @200lbs thats about the average height for most pro BB'ers . Not too tall or too short . Make the most of it and strive for 200lbs lean . You"ll be a sight then .

PS-- and sometimes you got to go down in weight before you can go up .

Yes a lean 200lbs will be my initial goal..from there'd I'd be more than happy to go on slower clean leaner bulks to add more size the end objective is to end up looking as big and as freaky as I possibly can

You can get a prescription to give blood by your doctor if he sees you have a high hematocrit. I've never heard of people being turned away for a high hematocrit. They do however turn you away if you have a low one. Get bloods done about four weeks into your cycle.
