Building muscle with low T

I mistyped it was actually an average of 1 POUND, not kilogram. There is a wide range at play here, and obviously weight training will have a significant impact.

This is essentially the same thing my TRT doc cites.

For sarcopenic males the difference can go MUCH higher though even without training.

Essentially the farther the guy is from his homeostatic norm (the norm back when he has normal T levels that is) the more pronounced the effect. Same thing happens in reverse as you go "north" of the homeostatic norm.
