Bodybuilding goals for 2014

Millard I remember reading you were into cycling a while back, same here. Can not WAIT for the weather to break where I live so I can get back on the road! If you don't mind me asking what type of bike/bikes do you ride?

Mike Ox- thanks for your honesty. Good to read theres more of us on here. if you ever need anyone to talk to as far as sobriety goes(I've got a couple years here), feel free to pm me. I've got tapatalk so my phone will go off when I get it. And god knows my phone never leaves my side! Lol

As far as my goals for 2014. Well, I started my first cycle on 1/8/14. Started at 196(prob around 11-12%) and as of now I'm at 216(13% maybe) was actually at 221 late last week but felt extremely sluggish (and looked the part also) so I ramped up cardio quite a bit and cut back on carbs and cals a bit. Also got sick this week so I'm sure that had quite a bit to do with it.

I would like to be 220-225 @ 10% by the end of summer. Which I feel is obtainable, depending on my diet/training.

Another one. I also am a mender of an elite crue that strives for serenity as well as acceptance a.d tolerance. Good to see us here. @millard, killer goods bro!! Definitely inspiring man!! Great to see the crazy hard work showing man!!!

Its funny because I went to school with a guy named Millard and he was super skinny, so in my mind I thought you were super skinny too lol. That's the physique Im aiming for but coming no where close. One day, maybe one day :(

Yepp.. I think it's time for a progress pic @Millard Baker !! :)

If you maintained even a similar conditioning level with an added 5lbs you would look Insane man how's the progress coming?
The past year has been challenging for me with quite a few injuries. I started off the summer way off in conditioning but I manage to approach the conditioning of last year at the exact same bodyweight. All things considered, I'm still somewhat satisfied. Here's a photo from mid-August.
