Bodybuilding goals for 2014

Lookin' ripped Millard. For all you lazy fuckers, I'll be bumping this thread come 12/2014.;)

My goal is to re-gain my LBM I had at the peak of my last cycle at 6-7% body fat in a keepable state(ie. after PCT.) So that would put me at about 215-220 lbs @ 6'0.

I started my last cycle at 210 lbs. and ended it at 237. I re-lapsed a few times during PCT(I went on 4 speed binges lasting 2-3 days each where I didn't eat much of anything.) and ended PCT at 202 lbs, over 20 lbs. less than I was originally anticipating. I've since done a 3 week IGF-1 cycle and got up to about 207-208. I had nearly a year sober but PCT depression combined with some other problems in life proved to be overwhelming. So I'm basically shooting for this(unpumped pic @ 237 lbs.)

minus about 20 lbs of fat.

I'll start running CJC-1295+GHRP-2 in about a week and will continue to do so for at least the next 8 months, so even if 220 lbs. at that low of a body fat is above my current 'genetic limit' the peptides should make it obtainable while simultaneously aiding in the fat loss.

Also thanks for the brutal honesty, I have been there and just want to encourage you to not dwell on the hiccups, keep you mind in the place as if they never happened and keep moving forward. Do not let that shit define you. Your are greater then that you are MIKE OXBIG smasher of iron and vagina.
 
My goal is always mass.
I've been stuck for a couple years now for various reasons.
But now I am pain free, well fed and determined.
My goal= to require a whole new BIGGER wardrobe by the time Mike bumps this!
MASS OR DIE TRYING

This is the year of bulking for me. I'm only eating slightly above maintenance and will be starting my first cycle in the 2nd of week of march.

Currently 5'10" 175lbs around 11-12% BF, I can still see my serratus anterior slightly and a visible 6 pack.

My goal by the end of year is 5'10" 195-200bf around 13% BF.

Thanks, guys! I've been following some variation of http://thinkmuscle.com/series/hypertrophy-specific-training/ for most of the past 10 years. I like it's periodization and I like that it hits each muscle group multiple times per week.

That's close to my target goal too. I'm with you on bumping this thread to help motivate us to both get there :-)
 
It would be nice to see a thread of pics of people' physics to keeps us all going and to share how we got there and were we are going. And a ego boost as well.
