Body Dysmorphia and Good Lighting/Pump

This blew my mind. Post Pull workout (not before or after. Both shots taken same time)

Im 6.1 and 203lbs as of today. Prob 15/18% bodyfat. Not exactly impressive, but I’m working on it (Bulking atm).

I feel skinny and flabby. I look ok in a stringer which shows your shoulders, upper chest and traps, but still feel skinny in the arms.

Im not saying I’m Chris Bumsted, but it’s insane what a pump + good lighting/flexing can do.

The question is, how to get pic 1 looking like pic 2 IMG_4904.png

I never understood the fascination with making pictures look a certain way. Put away the camera for 12 weeks. Stay on diet, every day, for 12 weeks. Keep on gear for 12 weeks. Train consistently and cardio for 12 weeks.

Then take a picture.
