What's up Meso, sorry it took me so long to make an intro. It's funny, I feel like I know many of you, so here's a snapshot about me.
I'm gonna be 45 next month, gulp..Been lifting on and off since wrestling in junior high. Weighed 190, wrestled 215 in 98'. "Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding" was a staple in the house of three brothers. Mom hated Pumping Iron, and now , my wife won't watch it with me either, lol. Anyways..
Got a few cycles in me so far with the help of many of you who don't even know me or interacted with me. Thank you for being diligent in your studies, and in sharing your wisdom/experience. We need both, science-based evidence, paired with experiences that confirms it.
Currently sitting at 208lbs after dropping from 230lbs. Not sure about bodyfat, I used the cheap fat calipers, and I'm getting roughly 13% avg. I've got highest bf% around my waist along with a lot of loose skin from losing weight, (mid 20's I let myself go ham), then Body Opus till I hit 230.
In a recomp now, and loving the transformation. Muscle is filling out and taking over the space where fat was. Tren is incredible when your eating good and training hard. I've tried Tren before, and blew up like a balloon cause I thought I could eat whatever and start at 400mg/wk. This time I titrated up from 75mg Tren A to 315/wk, and eating much cleaner and lower carbs.
Diet: 1800 cal/day, P55%, F20%, C25%
Exercise: 6d/wk,
Mon/Thu- Chest/Back
Tues/Fri- Shoulders, upper arms
Wed/Sat- Legs
Cardio: 30min 3x/wk
Current Cycle: Test 200, Tren 315/wk.
Waiting on GH to come in the next few days, it'll be a first, I'm stoked.
