So I am not a power lifter ( I lift very heavy though) but I feel like you are the guys to ask.
I am currently on cycle. Every morning when I wake up and all day every day my bones and my entire body aches. I feel like I have been hit by a train. I never wake up refreshed, I wake up all stiff.
I take fish oil, flax seed oil, vitamin d
Any advice??
