Well it certainly sounds like you have done your homework and tried a lot of things to address your condition man. I apologize if my posts came off at all harsh. Sometimes I play Devils advocate and ask questions about sensitive issues, but please understand I was genuinely interested and concerned... Not giving you a hard time. That being said, your E2 number doesn't seem all that high to me. I am coming from an "on cycle" perspective, but I have no libido issues right now with a higher e2 number than yours. That being said I am on a lot more test. I am also taking Adex, but probably much more than you would need seeing as more test = more Adex needed. I would go with your doctor on that one man. My guess is he would try a very low dose and see how it effects your levels, & see if libido improves. I would think something like .25mg every third day would probably put you right in the range, but I would go with the doc on that one. Can't hurt to try. If you don't feel better you can always discontinue or change dose of Adex or test. Certainly shouldn't cause any issues. Your issues sounds pretty complicated, so I would go wih whatever the professionals reccomended brother. Good luck and feel well.
Oh it's all good dude, I completely understand where you are coming from. It is true one should not do something like TRT unless everything else has failed in my opinion. There are so many possible causes of low T that I have heard ranging from injuries to toxic levels of mercury in the body so I am glad that you play the role of the devils advocate haha. Just interested what was your e2 at ? and yes I am following everything my doctor tells me because out of the many I have seen in life this one seems to know what he's doing. It may also be worth noting that I have a severe case of gyno starting at age 3-4 that go very serious and I had to get surgery when I was 13 years old. My levels were at 50-70 growing up.
