If you don't do any of that and are a 1 post wonder, no, you are not g2g for any anabolics. You have high blood pressure, and your CT scan has a follow up recommendation for an MRI to see if you have a tumor:

"Hyperattenuating lesion near the pancreatic tail, favor splenulevs. much less likely neuroendocrine neoplasm. Recommend nonemergentevaluation with abdominal MRI (with Feraheme contrast) or tagged RBCnuclear medicine scan."

Go schedule that instead of worrying about drugs.

I had a fever when I visited the ER, I assumed the high blood pressure was from that. As for my tumor, my primary care provider reassured me and told me it was most likely nothing. I will still schedule the mri, and buy a blood pressure monitor to make sure my bp isnt abnormally high.

Your hematocrit is already 46%. That is contributing to your high blood pressure.

If your hematocrit is already 46, and you have high blood pressure, you are just asking for problems if you start a cycle
Understandable. I’ll focus on dialing in my diet for now and hold off for a few more months before starting.

Honey, you just posted in your new member introduction that you are 19 years old

There is zero reason for you to be using any anabolics.

I understand — I’m in college now and feel like my physique isn’t as impressive as it used to be, especially after taking a year-long break during my freshman year. A lot of my friends are blasting right now, and it makes me feel like I’m falling behind.

Wait. Dude. What?
"Hyperattenuating lesion near the pancreatic tail, favor splenulevs. much less likely neuroendocrine neoplasm. Recommend nonemergentevaluation with abdominal MRI (with Feraheme contrast) or tagged RBCnuclear medicine scan."

Doctor said its most likely fine as it was an incidental finding. I will still call and get an mri scheduled

Name a time when someone ever fell behind because they didn't use drugs when all their friends were

I just feel pathetic standing next to them sometimes. When else would I even need to be big if not in college? I’m only 5'7", and on top of that, I’m smaller than all of them since most of them are running either sarms or test

We can change that without drugs right now and probably end up with even better results than if you ran some unnecessary fcked up cycle that only resulted in acne, water retention and health problems.

You're 19 dude. If your friends can't build muscle now without drugs, its because they lack work ethic, discipline and knowledge. That's a them problem.

proper training, nutrition and sleep at 19 will outpace anyone with a half assed plan who is relying on drugs to fill in the gaps.

If you are interested enough in this that you were considering using drugs to achieve it.... redirect that energy into becoming a savant in the world of training and nutrition. Even if you do eventually run gear someday, you will get way way more success from having mastered training and nutrition first.

The only reason I even started lifting was because of drugs. When I was around 14 or 15, I got into watching MPMD and other fitness influencers. I became really interested in pharmacology, but at the time, I was under 100 pounds—weak and pathetic, honestly. I knew that running gear before puberty was absolutely stupid, so I held off.

I’ve been holding off for years, even when my friends in high school were running SARMs and other stuff. Now I’m around 150 pounds at 5'7", sitting at roughly 20% body fat. I’ve realized that when I bulk, I tend to eat like garbage—something that helped me gain weight when I was severely underweight, but clearly isn’t the move anymore.

At this point, I think it’s best to focus on improving my diet, sleep, and work ethic before considering anything like that again. In around 6 months Ill be almost 21 and I hope I should have a better plan and more discipline in place.

I know it sounds pathetic, but I recently found out my girlfriend of two years has been cheating on me, and it really pushed me over the edge. I still think I’ll start running gear by the end of this year, but I’m not dumb enough to do it while I’m unhealthy.

Just realize that your girlfriend cheating on you is about her, not about you. If you had been blasting, she still would have cheated. Don't let it create mental problems that aren't centered in reality.

I'm going to try and give you some jumping off points for you to start some research.

For our interests, there is a difference between scale weight and body mass. I say that to try and separate fluid retention from increase in contractile tissue, or adipose tissue. Our goal here is to grow tissue. Specifically contractile tissue. For that, we have to be in an anabolic state vs a catabolic state. This is controlled by food. Anabolic simply means that our tissue (muscle and / or fat) is growing. Catabolic means we are loosing tissue (muscle and / or fat).

The only way to grow contractile tissue is to eat the appropriate amount of food with the right macro balance for your current plan.

Our bodies don't just gather mass out of the air and tack it into our flesh regardless of steroid use or not.

The only way to grow is to eat.

Thinking steroids are what make you gain mass is like thinking installing a second valve stem will inflate your tire. (sorry dude, best I had right now)

Steroids are used to enhance anabolism. Right now at 19, you have enough hormones to maintain sufficient anabolism without steroids..... if you feed yourself properly.

Learn how to calculate your macros. Eat high protein (right now a gram for every pound of bodyweight is a good goal). Eat sufficient carbs. Get enough HEALTHY fats to support hormone production. Be picky where you get your fats from. Eat lean meats. Don't eat fried foods. Walnuts, hemp seeds, 2 egg yolks a day, .... learn about the difference in fats and eat the APPROPRIATE amount for your plan.

Sleep like a champion. Recovery is important. You are in the gym for 2 hours a day. That is only the impetus for change. How you spend the other 22 hours of the day is what determines what that change looks like.

Get as freaking nerdy about training as possible, and train hard enough to use all that food so your body turns it into muscle instead of fat.

Gear isn't going to attract girls

Work ethic, dedication to your passions in life, discipline, an unwavering quest for knowledge, interesting hobbies, spending your time on things that have value..... this is what will attract people of value in your life.

If your physique goals are central to much of this.... show how hard you work for it and how much dedication you gave to learning and maturing your understanding of it. That will be way more attractive to any girl than bloating yourself up with with no permanent muscle gain on a cycle at your age.

Blast

I joke
Get healthy, AAS can make anything going on worse, including stuff like the flu, cancer in some, BP issues ect
Your BP is to high, now imagine with elevated hemoglobin, you could potentially be in the danger zone dangerous Jones style
