Hi i got my blood results some time ago, i was doing 150mg test-e a week (2 shots) and 1.15mg of reta a week, i thin my blood was decent and have bumped by stack up to 225mg test-e a week over 3 shots and 1.75mg reta, i have also incorporated 2IU HGH for sleep every day, Mots-c 1mg and slu-pp-332 250mcg for energy every day and 300mg of l-carnitine before training, i have had 0 side effects.

its okay to call me stupid if you guys want as long as there is constructive criticism to help me understand something i might not have learned, or if i have to change something.

Note: T4 said it "failed" but before that it said it was 69 and HDL has always been low for me.

Results are in danish and the app wouldnt let me change it to english...

That's not an excuse to let it ride

Why bother with PED's if you are just going to ignore other more important aspects of your health?
im not ignoring it and trying to fix it, but it has always been low, the doc wont do shit, and i cant really find a specific way to fix it, i eat clean with low amounts of saturated fats.

Try an omega fatty acid suppliment

There is a prescription one named Lovaza

Some people here have had luck asking their Dr office for a Lovaza prescription just by sayint they want to improve their cholesterol

If no script, over the counter omegas also work

What's your diet like?
i eat pretty varied, but generally lots of complex carbs, good proteins from red meat, low fat dairy, fish and chicken and protein supps ofc, i eat healthy fats like advocado oil, almond/peanut butter and fatty vegies like advocado, i eat veggies and fruits daily, i dont have a strict diet plan to follow other than macros, but mainly my breakfast is 75g oats, a banana, 50g whey, 2g salt and 20g almond butter and my late night snack is 400-600g "skyr" dont know the name in english, 20g 85% chocolate, 100g berries and a banana or other fruit, the rest of the day is based on just different foods but i keep good track of it.

How much, what brand? Don't give up on trying. There are shitty omega 3 supps out there, low quality degraded stuff. Give it a try with the one Elektrobot mentioned. Since you are on test, GH, reta and some peptides, you should have a little better numbers.

Try putting in a couple days in cronometer The Most Accurate Nutrition Tracking App | Cronometer
and get some data, what are your numbers like? Both macro and micronutrients.

I recommend you find a way to get some great baseline numbers first. If you add other AAS and start with this as a baseline, you'll end up in a downward spiral, and not having the know how of how to get great baseline numbers, you won't have the tools for a good recovery. What do you do then?
