bitcoin exchange like circle

I can't no longer buy bitcoins off circle and coinbase still has my account for review even though I bought bitcoins from them earlier this year

does anyone know a good bitcoin exchanger like circle who is has instant transfer and the fees are low??

Coinbase is your closest bet. If you need BTC immediately, open up a blockchain wallet, go to localbitcoins and accept you'll be paying a 10% fee for this one transaction before your Coinbase account gets approved

There is NOTHING like Circle in the USA anymore. Europe has blockchain wallet, but they're afraid of our government...rightfully so
