Almost 2 weeks after payment and there is no news at all..
I really understand that your workload can be heavy and I really don't blame you at all.
But I honestly never experienced or imagined that a shipping time could be this long.
No blame at all given but because of the unusual situation I'd like to only ask for understanding. Could we cancel this order and have the bank operation reversed. Please?

Im just updating that I received tracking for this order

It seems some orders can take 1-2 weeks to get shipped out but BG always 100% of the time comes through eventually and ships the order
