Placed my first order (#20411) with BG and it shipped Feb 6. It has been stuck at NY since Feb 16 with no updates. At what point is it considered seized and does it get reshipped?

Almost 2 weeks after payment and there is no news at all..
I really understand that your workload can be heavy and I really don't blame you at all.
But I honestly never experienced or imagined that a shipping time could be this long.
No blame at all given but because of the unusual situation I'd like to only ask for understanding. Could we cancel this order and have the bank operation reversed. Please?
