Better growth on lower dose

Long story short.

prior tren cycles- 800 mg tren/800mg test
Current cycle- 300mg tren/300mg test

seeing better gains from the lower doses. Training is slightly more optimal but not enough to make up for a gram of missing gear a week in my opinion.

moral of the story. Don’t over do it. I’m seeing at least the same gains on lower doses.

I agree 100%
Currently running 25mg tren ace and 50mg test prop everyday. I have bodybuilders in my family that taught me to be conservative with gear and I’m glad because i see plenty of people in my gyms using insane amounts of gear and getting nowhere with it

Overkill is a common practice with this lifestyle. i'm guilty of doing it too. i bet that most of us are.

i believe it to be human nature. The idea that X amount has a great effect, therefore doubling that amount should result in double the effect.

Less is more is something we all should be practicing for the sake of our health and longevity.

That’s a ton of sticking.. I am still at 75mg Tren EOD w/ 125 test prop EOD , thoughts? And yes, maximize the gear

yes it really is a ton of pinning, been doing ED cycle for 8 weeks. Holy crap, it gets annoying. Just did NPP ed at 75 mg, ending with, doing 40 mg tren A ed with Test cyp at 100 mg ed.
But pinning ED definitly for me is better, less sides and it kind of wakes me up. Coffee then pin.

For sure! Higher doses also wear the body down and can be counterproductive. Unless you tolerate gear really well more doesn't mean better!! Lol

Yeah that’s a good routine in my book. I use 28g half in slin pins since I’m doing just under 1cc a day it’s really not bad. I can rotate delts glutes and quads. I know that’s a small needle but it works fine for me. When I’m cruising I pin twice weekly but on cycle I do everyday or every other day if I get sick of the needles. As jJjBurton said I get less sides with more frequent pins. Though it will be a lot when I add gh so I’ll probably switch to every other day as well and basically do what you’re doing

I think at some point we all have to atleast try an excessive amount of gear before we learn that less is more. Otherwise we will always that thought in the back of our minds like, “what if I just doubled this dose?”

Yeah if I exceed 350mg of tren I hate it. Horrible compound. If I stay under that though it’s fucking brilliant lol I can’t even use most orals aside from proviron without my appetite turning to shit. I guess I don’t handle gear well, but I respond great to low dosages so maybe I’m just sensitive to it idk

So are you big? I am new here and do not know all the posters and their size. I ask only because it is a very different issue if you are a lean 180 pounds and growing on 300/300 or a lean 250 and growing on 300/300.
 
prepped for my first show on 150mg tren, 300mg primo a week for 10week, and 50mg anavar daily the last 4 weeks. and I'd say I grew into the show as I was getting leaner and the scale was staying the same, until the last 4 weeks when i really started dieting because I was scared of being out of shape. Never plan on blasting huge amounts, there's no real need unless you're trying to blast through a plateau.

I agree with you in my case less drug usually yields more gains for me but I also feel better on less gear and probably have a better diet because I can eat more. My question for you is weather your diet has remained the same throughout or has there been changes.
