Yeah, everyone can race an half ironman, but a thing is the age grouper that is ok on just finishing another thing is training to perform well give us at least a training time!Half ironman, lifting in off season
Oh totally sorry. No just training because i enjoy training. Absolutely not looking for top perf. Same with lifting, i enjoy being "strong". But not at a powerlifter levelYeah, everyone can race an half ironman, but a thing is the age grouper that is ok on just finishing another thing is training to perform well give us at least a training time!
Yeah u could give a try on these mitochondria enhancing peptides, the difference should be less marginal but who knowsOh totally sorry. No just training because i enjoy training. Absolutely not looking for top perf. Same with lifting, i enjoy being "strong". But not at a powerlifter level
Sr quintana u aint winning giro again lmaoHey @bossetti,
I've been following some of your posts on here about AAS for endurance sports, and you seem pretty knowledgeable. Have you come across any real-world examples or anecdotes of endurance athletes (like cyclists or runners) running an Anavar-only cycle successfully?
My thinking is based on Anavar's rep for low sides, potential to boost hemoglobin/oxygen carrying capacity, and minimal weight gain or water retention—definitely don't want to pack on much muscle mass that could hurt my power-to-weight ratio. Just curious if you've seen evidence of this at moderate doses (say 20mg/day) for 6 weeks, and how it could play out for performance/recovery without tanking natural test or causing other issues. EPO obviously the gold standard but is just too expensive and difficult to source.
