best carbs for "refeeding"

hey fellas, just looking for some info from the keto-diet experts on here... I've been consuming about 50 grams of carbs per day for about 4 weeks now, with "refeeds" once a week... I'm a little new to the whole keto game, so my refeeds thus far have been kinda shitty (basically pizza, macaroni and cheese, etc). I'm coming up on another refeed day tommorow, and I wanted to know what kind of carbs you guys would suggest. Also, I'm going to be out on the beach all day on saturday, so I'm really looking to get some glycogen pumped back into my muscles asap... can't stand this flat feeling. Thanks for any help guys.

Keep fat intake very low, as in about 50g during a refeed. High carb intake, low fat and moderate protein. And drink lots of water. If you have creatine, load it during the refeed.

For carbs, I use pasta and bagels mainly.

thanks bob... also, how many total grams of carbs should i consume tommorow? should I be eating carbs with every meal?

Pretzels dry my mouth out.

Doom, it really depends on how many workouts youve done before your refeed, the length of time of those workouts (how many sets, reps), and a few other factors. That being said, I would start at about 5-6g/lb of LBM for carbs. This is actually on the lower side of things, but you can always adjust it and try different levels. I would top out at around 8g/lb.

best carb feed is oatmeal and PIE FILLING with a shot if slin btw slin if youve been taken it gets you into ketosis faster but yea keep fat maybe even lower than 50g you dont want too fuck this up either or you will get fatter those who fuck up these types of diest crash and gain more weight so stick with it
later
