Beginning strength program

Hey guys, not interested in power lifting so much. I think I may have missed that train with age and existing injuries. That said I would like to get stronger on my lifts. Currently been training in rep ranges of 8-12. Are there any programs setup for someone like me. I have a knee injury which has kept me from having as much mobility as I'd like on my squats. Anyhow, thought I'd ask what program you guys recommend for someone looking to add some strength. Thanks

I started powerlifting originally with PHAT/PH3. Sounds like they would be pretty close to what you're looking for. Would probably just have to get creative with the squats since ph3 has you squatting 3x a week. Sub in things like belt squats, hack squats, lunges, etc.

Put together a PPL program, alternate strength and hypertrophy workouts. Emphasize progressive overload on strength workouts.

@Brandaddy suggestion is good. Idk about the newb progs, like 5x5, etc. since you aren’t new to lifting.

-One suggestion though, if you don’t already do them, is box squats for your knees...They’ll def help
