Meal plan in place to hit calorie targets today.

Chest day this morning. Felt weak on the bench press, but I was super setting with incline DB flys and it was mid-workout, so maybe just feeling fatigue.

Regarding fatigue, I need to develop a plan for sleep improvement. I hit the gym at 4:45 most mornings due to my work hours. Maybe I should slip out of the office each day and catch a 30 min nap in my car. I know that adequate sleep is also vitally important to my gain goals.
 
Good workout this morning. Quads, calves and cardio.

This was my first day working quads since being released by the doctor, so I was dying to hit the gym. Now I'm just dying to sit down..
 
Sorry I was so bad about updating this log, but things have gone bad at work and I have been underwater.

I just wanted to come back to say that I completed my cycle, and gained a solid 15-20 lbs of lean mass.

I felt like that, at the very least, I should come back here to make one thing clear: Stretch is THE MAN!!!!!
