MESO-Rx Sponsor Axle Labs - US Domestic

Here's a baseline of your MCT DHB compared to MCT Tren from a Meso HomeBrewer:

And here is some of your and Primal's gear neither of which raised alarm bells. GCMS UGL vs. Compounded Rx

Can you see the difference?
So it seems oxidation is the main cause from the ones highlighted in red. DHB does require more heat to fall into solution, and am wondering if that plays a role.

Would you be willing to send any other source’s DHB for the same testing if we cover the cost? The oils used are USP grade. The main difference would be the amount of heat used (which causes oxidation). Just brainstorming.

It's not oxidation.
You have vegetable oil in your product.
(hence why it's yellow)

MCT Only

China oil.
MCT + Vegetable oil.

Looks like there's oxidation too. More than one issue possibly?

Not sure about that, maybe there is too..but getting refunded for oxidation is going to be tough unless we have a better test....

As of now we're certain it's neither pure GSO or MCT tho.

Thank you. Easily can tell this isnt quality MCT. Damn!
If USP standard MCT isn’t quality, then it isn’t quality. Transparently, that’s what we use.

It contains byproducts of GSO oxidizing.

Like I said, I’d like to see another source’s DHB sent off too just to have the same compound to compare to. I’d cover all costs.

I'd be willing to do this but the only other DHB I have on hand is from SSA and I have had to dilute it with my own MCT oil due to the pip so that might not be a good example to send. I'd have to look for another source or if someone could be so kind as to provide me one I'd purchase and send.

Incidentally, I also have some Medlab Supply sterile MCT which I could send for GCMS. This might confirm (or deny) what you're saying since you get it from the same source. Let me know.

100% incorrect. What are you basing this off? Even I decided to put it into GPT and it says it’s a product of GSO oxidizing. That is ludicrous. We don’t even have vegetable oil.

Refer back to my point of AI experts going full regard.

No need for AI.
Why keep bringing AI in?
It's a simple line by line comparison.

Refer to your own product GCMS.
MCT oil by Axle using claimed MLS MCT.

Now refer to your DHB.
Why would we expect GSO in MCT?
GSO is vegetable oil btw.

Either you are reusing brewing equipment (filters beakers or whatever) or buying CN oils and adding GSO to it.

We have more than enough Jano reports of vendors to show it's not pure MCT and more closely matches what CN vendors sell. No need AI.

We’re using the same raw supplier as your next favorite source. The harsh truth is it all comes from a handful of factories. We do test our product.

As for what you’re deducing, would you be willing to send off a vial of prescription gear for the same test to establish a baseline?
My prescription gear isn’t MCT, it is GSO. I would expect it to have oleic acid. I would not expect MCT to have that. You want to start another harm reduction crusade? Great. I’m on board. Let us start another thread for it, I’ll donate an unopened pharma vial. Now back to the regularly scheduled program.

This is the list of items that don’t match expectations from a couple weeks back:
Bored on a Sunday. Here's my summary of worries. No AI used in this:

Possible steps:
- Validation of compound by Jano test
- Understanding cause of yellow:
1) oxidation - no jano test to tell
2) Carrier oil color - no way to tell
3) Heat through brewing - no way to test
4) Contamination - Jano GCMS
5) Accept yellow
6) anything else?
- DHB/EQ300/EQ500 crashing
- keep using mug warmer
- any other solutions?
I have two vials of “MCT” Test and AI that are the same batch, same shipment, yet different colors. How are they the same batch yet they don’t match?

Now add in a Jano test where a third of the oil is not what it should be and none of this makes you want to say “maybe I have a sourcing problem” or maybe I should test my oil” or “ there may have been an issue I’m not aware of?”

Here is the standard.

It does not include carbon chains of 18 in length. You know what has chains of 18 in length? Oleic Acid. It also doesn’t have chains of 16 in length. You know what does? 7,11-Hexadecadienal. The Jano test showed half your oil used was those two items. Half.
