So it seems oxidation is the main cause from the ones highlighted in red. DHB does require more heat to fall into solution, and am wondering if that plays a role. Here's a baseline of your MCT DHB compared to MCT Tren from a Meso HomeBrewer:
And here is some of your and Primal's gear neither of which raised alarm bells. GCMS UGL vs. Compounded Rx
Can you see the difference?
Of course it matters. It matters what he claims is the carrier oil.Doesn't matter actually.
Jano results show it contains both.

Would you be willing to send any other source’s DHB for the same testing if we cover the cost? The oils used are USP grade. The main difference would be the amount of heat used (which causes oxidation). Just brainstorming.
Thank you. Easily can tell this isnt quality MCT. Damn!
Looks like there's oxidation too. More than one issue possibly? It's not oxidation.
You have vegetable oil in your product.

100% incorrect. What are you basing this off? Even I decided to put it into GPT and it says it’s a product of GSO oxidizing. That is ludicrous. We don’t even have vegetable oil. It's not oxidation.

(hence why it's yellow)
MCT Only
China oil.
MCT + Vegetable oil.
If USP standard MCT isn’t quality, then it isn’t quality. Transparently, that’s what we use.Thank you. Easily can tell this isnt quality MCT. Damn!

Like I said, I’d like to see another source’s DHB sent off too just to have the same compound to compare to. I’d cover all costs.

Refer back to my point of AI experts going full regard.
My prescription gear isn’t MCT, it is GSO. I would expect it to have oleic acid. I would not expect MCT to have that. You want to start another harm reduction crusade? Great. I’m on board. Let us start another thread for it, I’ll donate an unopened pharma vial. Now back to the regularly scheduled program. We’re using the same raw supplier as your next favorite source. The harsh truth is it all comes from a handful of factories. We do test our product.
As for what you’re deducing, would you be willing to send off a vial of prescription gear for the same test to establish a baseline?
I have two vials of “MCT” Test and AI that are the same batch, same shipment, yet different colors. How are they the same batch yet they don’t match?Bored on a Sunday. Here's my summary of worries. No AI used in this:

Possible steps:
- Validation of compound by Jano test
- Understanding cause of yellow:
1) oxidation - no jano test to tell
2) Carrier oil color - no way to tell
3) Heat through brewing - no way to test
4) Contamination - Jano GCMS
5) Accept yellow
6) anything else?
- DHB/EQ300/EQ500 crashing
- keep using mug warmer
- any other solutions?

This is the list of items that don’t match expectations from a couple weeks back:
I have two vials of “MCT” Test and AI that are the same batch, same shipment, yet different colors. How are they the same batch yet they don’t match?
Now add in a Jano test where a third of the oil is not what it should be and none of this makes you want to say “maybe I have a sourcing problem” or maybe I should test my oil” or “ there may have been an issue I’m not aware of?”
