Are PMs enabled with a certain amount of "rep"

I need to contact a source on the forum but I can't post to their home thread and I can't seem to figure out how to PM. Is there something I'm missing or does it require a certain amount of rep points to be enabled?

I did. They posted in their pinned that they are having email problems and that PMs are the best way to contact them.

I've got a similar issue. Ordered some stuff that was in labeled boxes... Bottles were not labeled.... Wife opened the boxes and stored my stuff before I got home now I have no clue what is what.... Lol source told me to ask guys in the thread what color their tops are to figure out what is what but I cannot post in the thread.
