Are cardio gains permanent, or do they quickly fade

I couldn't do any better than them with some the money they have to buy the best of the best. Relating to the title though they are definitely not permanent or they wouldn't push the limits with testing
Ok, it goes something like this: everyone knows that the detection window of, for instance turinabol, is a certain number of weeks. Then the labs develop a test for a new metabolite which extends the detection window and everyone who thought they were safe gets busted.

Or Tue athlete thinks they’re buying one compound with a known detection time, but they’re actually buying a different one.

Point I’m making is that most sensible athletes use PEDs for training, not performance.
