It's possible it might just be time to shut it down. 16 weeks is a long haul and tough to keep progressing meaningfully beyond 20 weeks in my experience / if you're not a freak and pushing large amounts of food and gear. Sounds like you've put on some quality mass and stayed lean. Have you considered dropping to a cruise for a break then going at it again in 6 to 8 weeks?I do 3 on 1 off. My sleep was shit for the first 13 weeks. 4-5 hrs a night. But since adding npp along with Dayvigo and tizanidine I’m back to 7hrs a night
