Anyone using a prep service?

Been really slacking with my meal prepping lately. Anyone used a service? I keep seeing adds for various companies everyplate, and a couple others. I'll probably just get back on the grind, just was thinking a bit more variety would be nice.

I always look at them but damnit they are expensive. I’m sure they are good but I’m not paying $8/meal for 4oz of chicken/beef and a single cup of white rice.

The macros for those meals for the amount of money spent doesn’t justify it for me.
