Anyone suffer from hemorrhoids?

Sucks because I've been dealing with them for over a decade now. I think I first got them because I used to suffer from binge eating disorder, so I'd eat 8000 calories worth of junk food with little fiber and I developed them as a result.

Since then I've had numerous rubber band ligations, then finally in 2019 I had a stapling hemorrhoidoplexy which took care of them for a year but then they returned, fml

I even eat a high fiber diet and no longer binge eat. I noticed that when I'm on cycle, they definitely get worse.

Anyone else suffer from them?

I used to. The only thing that got rid of them was cutting weight and staying at a lower bodyweight. I used to bulk to 275 but now I sit between 220 and 235, no more issues. I also don’t do super heady deadlifts off the floor anymore. I noticed Doing those seemed to always give me issues even if I was leaner

They started bothering me early in life, likely from more diet and little exercise. Worked around them the best i could till the blood running down my leg after heavy squats would require a trip to the bathroom to get things ready for the next set.
Did the banding thing and had surgury 35 years ago. Within 3 weeks it was obvious the surgeon didn't solve the whole problem.
These days it is mostly just prolapsed tissue that i deal with.

I only had them last year while recovering from a hip fracture. The combination of lack of mobility and pain med induced constipation --- Man, anyone who suffers with them long term I have a new found empathy for.
