Anybody cap their own supps

anyone go to bulksupplememts.com and cap their own powders for supppements? I wanted to see what cap machine and size caps to use
The bulk powder prices blow away most supplement companies and I’ve always been satisfied with their quality so seems like a no brainer to go this route

You get what you pay for though.

I got a kilogram of glutamine and it had a terrible odor to it. Almost like rotting meat but not as sharp. It’s not supposed to be like that.

There’s a reason it’s so cheap.

Is it easy to use because I don’t have much patience for these kind of things where I’ll end up just swiping it off my table and storming off like a 7 year old

So your saying they sent you some bullshit? Supplement industry is tough most companies don’t even know what they have in their supplements and it’s completely unregulated. I was on a couple websites the other day that showed random testing of products and most of the had the wrong amount and metals in them except for of course the few companies that paid them

Yea, it was way OFF. Lost me as a customer. I think it’s all Chinese shit. Like most things, I’m sure the cheaper things like anhydrous caffeine are legit but the other stuff who knows. The glutamine I got was foul.

It’s a shame too because it would be great to get that stuff in bulk and cap yourself like you said. Just find a different supplier.

Yea honestly I’ve been doing a lot of research and can’t really seem to find any legitness if that’s a word in the supplement industry and will keep my supplements to a minimum until I find something worth while. Most tests I’ve seen were off and it makes sense why would they give a fuck when there’s no guidelines or testing to be done

Sorta on subject..

I played around with contract manufacturing and starting my own product line the fast and easy way. You don't know what your getting or how long it's been sitting. Such a gamble whether you posses the raws or another company handles raws for you it's just nearly impossible to stay on track to make sure everything is on the up and up.

Unless you have some serious cash to burn and time on your hands. Then it could be worth it to buy raws even if it's for your own personal use.
