Ever since then I have done 12 sets - every set to total, complete 100% failure - for large BParts and 6 sets for Bis and 6 sets for tris. My workouts now last from 50 - 70 minutes. I have gotten 10 million times better results with this method than my old 2 1/2 hour workout method.

You might as well be smoking crack because you will get better results doing that than you will by having workouts that last 2 hours.

I spend 2 hrs getting up going to gym getting home, total workout time is hour hour and twenty minutes

I use a simillar method as you but to failure on last 2 sets

Hey there. Sorry for the mixup. I thought you meant your workouts lasted 2 hours. I just didn't want to see you make the same mistake I and many others have made by overtraining. I know way too many people who, when they changed from 2 - 2 1/2 hour workouts to 60 minute workouts, with every set to total failure, then all of a sudden.......whammo sudden growth.
