182 pound
16.5 inch arms 17 pumped (flexed)
43 inch chest are my basics
Big calves legs etc nothing to huge but fits well in with my body no chicken legs lol.

I do agree that being or getting "ripped" is a lot harder than it is to get big. When I want to put on mass I can eat some what dirty. Now when I want to be between 6-9% body fat my diet and workout change tremendously. Let say I want to be
5'6 (also a short guy my friend)
191lb
7% body fat

Running test p/tren a/ Mast p
-My calories would be about 2300-2600
-Sodium intake would be 500-750mg a day
-Cardio 5-6x a week 1 hour
Weight lifting changes as well
-4 different work outs per muscle group 12-16 reps each
An example:
1st workout
incline 225lb 14 reps (chest)
Close grip bench press 135lb 16 reps (triceps)
Dumbbell flies 35lb 10 reps (shoulders)
X 30 crunches or leg rises. (Abs)
(No breaks in between all of those. I will go from exercise to the next)
After finishing all those it counts as one set. Then I take a 2-3 minute break to recover. That counts as one set. I do 5 of those sets. Then I go on to the next workout exercise.

This way I keep my heart rate up and my muscles look pumped, hard, and dry.

Great budy what's your stats now? If you don't mind me asking I just have found alot of guys around the 5ft5 range have biceps under 15 inches so trying to find out if I look like a midget hulk or just normal lol!

I have not took measurements in a while.
I am currently around
12% bodyfat
196lb
Bench press: 410lb
Squats: 475lb
Dead lift: max unknown but do 415 in reps 6 sets of 8 reps

I think it really all depends on body type. I've always naturally been a bigger guy. Because of that I try to stay on a clean diet most of the year. Another fact is body fat percentage. If a guy is at 7% body fat with 17 inch arms that is pretty big. Compared to some one let's say 19 inch arms 18+ percent body fat. He may think he is bigger but isn't because 3-4 inches of that is just fat.

*im in for the midget talk*
Better short than ugly.
This midget still keeps up to you tall fellas and am stronger than a lot of you all. Kinda sad isn't it? Not say you. I don't know your stats but at my height and weight. I am able bench pressing more than double my weight. I can't complain.
Like my friends say. It's not about how tall you are. It's all in your knowledge, character, looks, and career.
I would have like to have been a bit taller to see my glute in the mirror when I am poking though. Can't win them all I guess...

Big should probably be defined. From my perspective, there are very few who are really and truly BIG. For me big would be a 55"+ chest, a 20" plus arm, a 30"+ thigh, etc... I have visited many gyms across the US and have seen a lot of decent sized guys. There are only a few in any gym I would consider actually BIG and many do not have any.

Beyond that, although he has a foot on me in height and almost a 100lbs on me in weight, I agree with Gr8WhiteTrukker.

Haha that cracked me up a bit. It's the opposite where I live. That's the red neck starter pack. Mine is a bit different.
Change the dog to a BOXER
Change the truck (I hate trucks) to a BMW m3 and a corvette z06. I would like a stingray but i need a vehicle for the winter weather. I'm thinking a Jeep.
Change the do you even lift beater to a plain SWEAT SHIRT
and no I repeat no stickers on my cars. I work hard for my things. Last thing I want is a stupid sticker on it.
I guess you where kinda close... I would post a funny picture back but I do not know how to do that from a phone.
