Just wondering what stats you folks have I got called out at the gym randomly by some complete ballbag saying it's harder to get ripped then it is to get big bla bla so I'm taking the easy road lol!.
Always been semi lean six pack on show etc no matter what I eat my stats are
5ft5
182 pound
16.5 inch arms 17 pumped (flexed)
43 inch chest are my basics
Big calves legs etc nothing to huge but fits well in with my body no chicken legs lol.
I do agree that being or getting "ripped" is a lot harder than it is to get big. When I want to put on mass I can eat some what dirty. Now when I want to be between 6-9% body fat my diet and workout change tremendously. Let say I want to be
5'6 (also a short guy my friend)
191lb
7% body fat
Running test p/tren a/ Mast p
-My calories would be about 2300-2600
-Sodium intake would be 500-750mg a day
-Cardio 5-6x a week 1 hour
Weight lifting changes as well
-4 different work outs per muscle group 12-16 reps each
An example:
1st workout
incline 225lb 14 reps (chest)
Close grip bench press 135lb 16 reps (triceps)
Dumbbell flies 35lb 10 reps (shoulders)
X 30 crunches or leg rises. (Abs)
(No breaks in between all of those. I will go from exercise to the next)
After finishing all those it counts as one set. Then I take a 2-3 minute break to recover. That counts as one set. I do 5 of those sets. Then I go on to the next workout exercise.
This way I keep my heart rate up and my muscles look pumped, hard, and dry.
