Ankle Tendonitis when Running

Hello meso friends,

I've been into running as my supplementary cardio and have been having a blast doing it. I keep an 8 minute mile and go for 20 minutes 5x per week.

Or at least I used to. For the last week or two, I have been getting what I have no identified as tendonitis in both of my feet on both sides of the ankle. Pic of a good representation of where it is.

The pain is on both sides of the ankle. Same location on both feet.

I believe this is being caused by the posterior tibial and the anterior tibial as well as the pereoneal tendons.

I'm finishing up a blast on 2 weeks. Running 400mg npp and test with 2IUs of HGH and 4IUs of reta.

I've already replaced my shoes and inserts which helped for 1 day. But it immediately returned the next run.

I can switch to elliptical work to get my cardio in as much as I hate it. In the interim, does anyone have any good weighted exercises for these? I have a tbar and weights that I'll start using again.

Advice appreciated.

how much u weight? what kind of shoes u had/have?
bpc could help for sure but imho u should try to understand the problem in a deeper way to not risk injuries

My sympathies, I developed several tendon issues while half marathon training last year. I just did regular unweighted rehab exercises and recovered quickly (within a couple weeks) from each one so I don't have any suggestions for weighted exercises. I played it by ear and talked to ChatGPT about it every day, replaced several runs with the elliptical. Ended up fine. I visited a podiatrist after the training block was over and she thinks it may have been my shoes, so I ended up with some new ones, but I haven't been running nearly as much since then so I can't say whether that was the culprit or not.

Today I hit 190lbs. Truthfully I'm bigger than I want to be but I can still see my 6 pack. Albeit faded. It's time to start maitanance and switching to cutting in a month.

The shoes I have are new balances with inserts from fleet feet. They were the reason I was able to start getting so deep into this.

I don't have any bpc157 which is a shame. Helped the last time I had some tendonitis in my arms from blasting.

Truthfully this is probably a mix of being heavier and over use. I ran two 5ks and a 10k in the span of a week which was a huge increase in mileage for me. Damn it felt good.

Probably was I went to 4IUs on my HGH and then the ankle tendonitis started. I have some wraps which seemed to help but it moved the pain to the bottom of my foot. Probably being too tight. I may have to try compression socks to push the water out .

Either way I get the impression this is caused by overused and I need to do some alternative cardio in the meantime whole this heals.
