@BG pharmaceuticals can you ship my order please?

I've placed my order on the 4th of January and the order hasn't been shipped yet.

To be honest though, the delay might be because of the changes I made.

I sent that extra payment a few days after the original order to add the isotretinoin and swap out the valsartan for telmisartan instead.

But yea, can you please check? my order no. is 29211.
 
Is anyone else getting their emails completely ignored nowadays? My friend has made an order and 2 weeks after still has not received any tracking code, his emails get 0 response back.

Previously me and my friends all made orders from here and had 0 issues. Does anyone know why is that?

Well, they rarely respond to emails, unless you want to add something extra to your order.

Now the delay might have to do with the holidays, because my order number is 29211 (almost 400 orders before your friend's one), and mine's hasn't also been shipped yet.

But yea, from that difference of numbers, you can understand how many orders they probably got just from the holidays.

My order has been completed/shipped now

I just hope that they didn't forget about the isotretinoin and telmisartan I paid extra over email after completing the order.

Same issue with me. Paid on 4th of January. Order still hasn't been shipped. And he does not answer my emails.

Just noticed that one item was missing (GHK-CU).
Gonna email BG about it.
BG replied to my email within an hour and offered a refund.

Never will understand how people can complain about communication.
When something is important - BG will handle it immediately and professionally.

I don't understand. He is simply ignoring me. Waiting for order updates since 6th January. Sent 2 emails. Ignored.

Why would you want to email him about the orders? They are not going to disappear or something, so what are you even worrying about?

Haven’t you read this thread? He doesn’t reply to the constant questions about order updates.

I thought it’s been already made clear:
Once you pay - you’re gonna get your order, that’s it. Just gotta wait.

It hasn’t even been a month, so just be patient and wait.

Do you have some mental disability or are you just stupid? On the first page it says that shipments to Europe take 3-6 business days. My order was placed for Europe, if you know how to count you will see that many more than 6 days have already passed. And why are you acting like a whore defending the source? Are you getting something out of this?
