I don't think Paul has ever claimed to be re-inventing the wheel. Justin Harris coached him and I think he is sharing what he learned from Justin, who is one of the most knowledgable coaches in the game (his supplements are also top notch). I find Paul to be very humble and without pretense.
I've found the "deep dives" on compounds that he's done with Kurt Havens very interesting and informative. If people think his content is stale, that's for good reason / almost by design. One of the main things he is always preaching about is that the simple shit works. Chicken and rice, Test + anabolic + GH, train hard, rest, repeat. He's also been very consistent in hammering home the importance (especially for us older fucks) of staying lean / at least once getting very lean and then bulking from there. Lots of us lie to ourselves about how lean we are / are not, and then start bulking form a point that is simply too fat (i'm projecting here but just roll with it). I've taken Paul's advice to heart and even with some enhancement, as we get older it is not as easy (for me anyway) to get back down under 12% if I get too far above 15%.
Anyway, just my 2 pennies on Paul. I enjoy his content for the most part.
