Broderick who? You mean Chavez? If it's him i wonder how you guys can handle all that crap he's saying. He has the attitude of someone who found the treatment for cancer. I can't stand him. He's like Todd Lee on "uppers" lol.
Yeah, I keep trying to watch him because he’s supposed to be very knowledgeable, but it’s hard to wade through all the pedanticism, arrogance, self-satisfaction, and attitude. I’m not sure what he’s trying to accomplish in these interviews, but it doesn’t seem like sharing his knowledge is a priority.

but i understand why someone cant listen to him.

If he said anything valuable I'd push through and suffer his attitude but he keeps saying bs. Use x amount X bodyweight test and then fill the rest with x amount of y, z compound..like dude, people became freaks without even thinking that much how much to use and what, he tries to act like a scientist but he's more like a quack to me.

In his interview with Pecik (the only one i tried to watch for more than 30 seconds) he said something about his past cycles, trt dose of test with 2,5 - 3 grams of primo if i remember correct.. like, man..this could kill all my estrogens for the next 5 years lol

I came to a conclusion that things with gear are so damn straightforward and simple yet we're in a constant search for unorthodox protocols which in the end they don't make any difference at all. That's why i stopped listening to anyone who pretends having some secret way or protocol that will make you explode.

It only requires at least average genetics, consistency with food and training, basic gear and a lot of time. I'm almost 2 years enhanced and i look nowhere near as my first year.

People with years on gear who don't look swole or shredded might fell in the trap of calculating milligrams X bw X feet size minus weiner size X circumference because they always blame it elsewhere and not on their poor effort..but yeah, every time i listen to such bullshit from a so called guru i feel mentally violated lol. Or I'm just a weirdo and this guy speaks the truth but i can't follow him cause i lack a degree in biology or mathematics haha

I'd give him props for introducing some ancillaries to the bb community and for some other things, but this day and age there's no reason to perplexing things that much.

Oh yes. He's good for basic advice on steroids but that's about it. I enjoy listening to him when it's not just steroids. His interviews with Lyle McDonald were great

Better dead than red I say

(Guy who doesn’t know the difference between Hugo and Broderick Chavez)

Ot from him, i think big issue in todays world full of social media, clicks, algorithms etc is that there needs to be something new, revolutionary and everything before was wrong cause study this study that.

i hate this so much. i get it why its happening but boy its annoying.

everybody wanna be famous on social media. sell you coaching or diet plan online. and to do that you need big following and clicks or views or whatever. and to have that, you need to shock people. in some way.

its weird time man. more i see all this stuff, less i care. there were big guys fast before and not much changed physique wise. just m 2 cents

Gear use is much like training and diet… there’s no glamorous secret. It’s the same tried and true things that generally work for 99.9% of people. There would be no market for any of it tho if people didn’t claim to have the new “twist” that’s gonna be a game changer

Paul's Q and As are great but he does end up repeating himself a lot, but I think that is more due to the questions hes getting. As an older guy, I like his approaches. Most tell the older guys to take it easy, where his advice is to push as hard as you can get away with. He also does a lot of harm reduction, explaining how to push hard while staying as healthy as possible.

Think Big Bodybuilding on YouTube is my favorite though. Scott has done a great job putting together a roster of seasoned vets. I would check them out if you havent. They have several different podcasts under the "think big" name, and each one has its own style and content. I like Blood Sweat and Gear with Skip and Andrew Berry, but there are a bunch of other really good ones on there too.

For those curious, I popped over to his instagram. He said they banned him for “promoting the sale and use of peds and harmful substances to minors”.

He said he’s appealing it, working with an attorney and some friends of YouTube that have had it happen to them. I personally don’t think he’s got enough swing to get it reinstated as a larger influencer like vigorous Steve. Guess we will see.

Oh so he's got a band now! I gotta tell you it really grinds my gears that all these social media guys on YouTube never check the spelling of the captions they are posting. It's always horrendous and not a single one seems to care

I have to agree with this every time I try. I last about 5 minutes and have to turn him off.

This is My favorite as well. He might not be for everyone but I enjoy drugs and stuff with Dave Crossland.

Yes! This man knows his stuff and not only on gear but generally on hormones and how they work. I just disagree on his stance about primo and that he says mast is a better choice but whatever, this is minutia compared with all the other info he's spreading around. It's great listening to a man who was blasting almost 6 grams and overall he was a enormous human being. So sad he ended up destroying his kidneys, he seems like a great dude.

I like also the Skip and Andrew Berry episodes, i can't watch Ron Partlow though.

For sure he has a couple unique takes on various things but who doesn't. Overall, I really appreciate him. And the amount of blood work he deals with on a daily basis is helpful seeing that large of a group of users.

Funny you mention Ron it's actually Dusty that turns me off to that show.
