I discovered this channel a couple weeks ago. Tons of great content from Paul Barnett.

Im still new to the world of PEDs so its all interesting to me.

Anyways seems the channel was nuked by YT literally today while I was watching a video at the office. Sucks, I wonder if they will target other channels too.

There are much more informative and original podcast and channels available by better bodybuilders/coaches who actually get results for their clients. Not really concerned tbh

he started out well but lately he's parroting over and over again the same bs.

I think there are two ways to go as a YouTube content creator in this space:

1. After a while, you start repeating yourself.

2. After a while, you run out of true and useful things to say, so you start hyping up the latest peptides and SARMs and supplements, or saying ridiculous ragebait things to get views.

i think you need to filter them a lot. even worse ones can have good moments and even best channels can have shit content.

Most recently been watching dawid olszewski’s series “offseason approach”— where well known coaches are interviews about specific methodology for off season most recently (dom, Jacoby) . There are also some about prep with guys like sas hirati, Chris tuttle etc.
I'll check it out. At first glance, it seems extremely Polish. Exotic!

I'm just a lifestyle guy, so the only "seasons" I have are really beach vs. non-beach, but there's a lot to learn from Real Bodybuilders. There's both art and science to it.

Yeah there are a lot of polish videos, but that series and the interviews are in English haha. I can’t understand the polish stuff so I just stick to the bodybuilding interviews

damn thats bad. i wanted to listen to episode with broderic today...
I listened to some of it the other day. Broderick gave him some shit about one of his vague questions about training as a beginner and I'm not even sure Paul noticed it was an insult, lol

Anyway I'm sure Paul will appeal and get his channel back. Those guys always get reinstated. I think it's happened to Think Big bodybuilding and maybe chase or Steve before too

Broderick who? You mean Chavez? If it's him i wonder how you guys can handle all that crap he's saying. He has the attitude of someone who found the treatment for cancer. I can't stand him. He's like Todd Lee on "uppers" lol.
