Hey guy's been reading a few threads on here then went to the american cellular web page and some of the products seem ok.
But I'd like to know if I want to put on mass then what product would be best to use? or should I use a couple form them and run a stack? if so what should it look like.
So anyone that has used these products I'd like to hear what you thought of them.
Also do they really screw your liver that much? I use milk thistle now just for a general sup.
