Advice on endurance cycle

Intensely dislike cardio but agreed to be in an endurance competition year end.

Low 50s in age. 6’4”. 240 lbs. On TRT when not on blast. Have run just about everything but never a cycle for cardio/endurance.

Was thinking maybe anavar and equipoise? Add a little winny? Hgh?

Only issue is equipoise makes me hungry as a mule and I don’t want to put on size for this. Also my hgb runs 17 just on trt so don’t need the RBC boost.

Thoughts?

What type of endurance competition? That will make all the difference. In an endurance competition it's all cardio, that's what cardio is. The better your lungs and heart work the better you're muscles work. If you're wanting to run anavar and eq to cut weight that would of course help, but nothing is going to replace cardio for endurance.
 
Best thing to increase cardio capacity is more cardio specific to what event your training for. Cardarine does help breathing unless it's your muscles that are your limiting factor.

I'm a runner and the best thing ever is simply more running. I did try cardarine and like it though my quads are my limiting muscle. Meldonium is something to consider, I got some on order.
 
You're a big boy, cut weight is your best option and improve your mechanics. Since you probably dont want to hear that, I'd concentrate on a dht derivative to assist in recovery and keeping your test dose, E2, heart rate, and bp low as possible. Amphetamines or albuterol inhalers are popular if you're ticker can take it. TNE/winny suspension are good for day of...
 
No AAS will really help directly with endurance sports like they do with strength.

At best a TRT dose of test and HGH to enhance recovery so you can train more.

Also if you want to improve your endurance performance (anything > 2 mins or so) you'll want to do a lot of volume around 120-125BPM HR. Unless you're genetically gifted this will likely mean jogging very... very slowly and walking up any type of incline for quite a while. If you keep at it over months-year you'll have a good base and be quite a bit quicker at those HR ranges.

The volume is relative.. for a beginner an hour may be good enough. For me I need 5-6 hours on a bike to create the stress needed to improve.
 
I would stay away from anything that induces an increased pump; anavar could very well do that. Will make everything endurance related much harder.

Couldn’t agree more.

Var will give you pumps in calves and may cause stomach problems, it varies from person to person. If you need to drop weight stay away from eq. Trt test and a bit of gh is gona be your best bet.

I’m 6’4” 240. I can cut maybe 10 pounds. Which I’ll do.

The cancer risk scares me.
There’s both study’s there’s the one in rats for increasing cancer at like 80mg a day and then there’s one that shows a decrease of cancer at low doses. I only take 10mg now and notice. Everything gives us cancer I’m sure the shit in our food is worse I’m not worried about 6 weeks of 10mg of Cardarine but I also shot dope 10 years so I would take my opinion with a grain of salt

Its legal and sold as a research chemical due to us law, just like all sarms. I bought some from narrow labs which had good reviews but a number of places sell it.

I would also look into some albuteral. 4-6mg really helps the endurance part out wih cardio and intensity way better then Eca or Clen. Really does open up your lungs allows for good deep breaths. Stacks up real good I think it would come first to any oral other than the fact you won’t be stronger n faster but you will def run longer lol. But winny would be good to take if you looking for performance wih no weight gain stacked with albuterol would def make noticeable change
