Accutane permanent cure?

If you aren't already using it, I'd advise ketoconozole 2% shampoo (PCT24 has it or get a prescription). Dunno if you're trying to prevent hair loss, but dandruff is closely associated with male pattern balding acceleration, and Keto 2-3 times a week will calm scalp inflammation and stop dandruff. You have to leave it on for 5 solid minutes.
Yep, been using keto for at least 15 years, it's good but the body somehow adjust to it and is less effective after a while but still better than alternative shampoos.
For MPB I also use minox and Ru topically .

Wait what? Idk man ,I take cialis daily ,my ears are red randomly from the increased blood flow but haven't noticed one ear being more red than the other :) Is this a symptom of something??
I am not sure but I have the same problems you got and my ear gets super hot most the month like painful to touch about 20 min just random times and some days nothing and dandruff

All of it Went away after switching over to olay body soaps and using that on my head and body instead of *shampoo and cheap body soaps*

I had been trying a different shaving cream brand every month for years, until I found cremo about 20 years ago when they were a tiny company. Immediately it was "Holy shit this is on another level". It's that much better. That's when my neck finally started to heal, lol.

I still stray from time to time looking for something even better. Last one was a $30 of some Italian "Tobacco Mint" stuff. Smelled awesome, ended up being used on my back. Only Cremo on the face.

My back only became an issue once I started using oral minox, and I discovered my newly hairy back was on my girl's "ick list" lol.

For all of my obsession on facial shaving, I'm a complete amateur when it comes to body hair. Sad to say I only got a "BackBlade" in the last year, a big improvement but I know I've got a lot of room for improvement.

Thanks for that, I'm definately going to give it a try!

I've been waking up every day feeling like I was battered around in a car wreck the previous night. I was just thinking that this morning.. "what changed?" So I guess I can add that to the pile of side effects. I'm halfway through so just going to finish. I want my pretty pores.

After all the sacrifice to get there, be prepared to keep up with perhaps a somewhat more careful skin care routine, at least on your face.

As a guy this was largely out of my wheelhouse, and using "whatever" to wash my face always seemed like it was fine.

Definately not,

The wrong cleansers/soap will trigger your skin to stimulate sebaceous glands to generate more sebum, eventually making the glands, and therefore pores, enlarge. Counterintuitive as it seems, cleansing until my face was free of oil ended up with a much more oily face (nose mostly) later.

After a bunch of experimentation and consulting an actual female who really knows her skin care, I settled on this, and it made a tremendous difference.

The TLDR is that it's an "oil based cleanser", which I didn't know was a thing. The bottom line is that it cleans in a way that doesn't stimulate the sebaceous glands, so your pores remain closed, your face stays not-oily, and most importantly, you're not causing the glands to enlarge over time.

It seems pricey but you only use a drop to wash your entire face so it lasts quite a while. Highly recommended. The results are dramatically different from the generic "moisturizing wash" I had been using.

Hey I'll try anything once....hehe...that got me into trouble with accutane in the first place so I might have to change that way of thinking :)))
since we’re on here and not on social media where it might be misunderstood. No offense but just a heads up

sending emojis and happy faces to other men is not something we do unless it’s to someone your trying to fuck

Really ? Wtf.. since when? Honestly i do not give 2 shitz about socials norms so might have gone over my head but I find it odd since emojis do come in useful when trying to convey feelings in writing...

If you're just looking for regular stuff available at the grocery store, women's shaving products are seriously better than men's.

Standard grocery store-grade women's shaving products. Try your wife's or girlfriend's gear.

I have received some Accufine (Healing Pharma) 20 mg softgels in the mail and all I can say so far is damn, these things seem so cheaply made.

I can see through the packaging that there’s sticky black gunk on the edge of the softgels and that some of them are leaking.

I have not used them (can’t for a year since LASIK) and will probably be throwing them in the trash.

I know they’re a well known brand on here so I was kinda shocked at how bad my first impression is.

Especially since they came in a box with 10 smaller boxes each strip gets enclosed in.

For the record the tablets (accufine are softgels not tablets) seem perfectly fine and the Janoshik reports look OK too but I wanted to voice my disbelief at out here.

There was an unrelated cream I ordered from Healing Pharma and I had the same experience, the quality of the tube just feels like trash I just tossed the damn thing. Compare it to a cream from Zydus it feels worse than a counterfeit knock off.
