ABCDE diet + roids

Essentially the ABCDE diet is a short bulking period followed by a short aggressive deficit phase. For example a 2 week bulk followed by a 2 week PSMF. Putting on muscle in those 2 weeks and then shedding off any bodyfat and more in the 2 week aggressive deficit. The bulking period straight after the PSMF kind of mimics a competition rebound where weight spikes.

Would this be an effective approach to recomp when enhanced? I can see this not being an good approach if natty since muscle loss would be a real issue during the PSMF, but even if you ran only low dose Test during the PSMF period, even like 250mg, I find it hard to believe there would be any muscle loss at all during a 12-14 day PSMF.

PSMF works, but for BB the accepted 0.8-1.2g/lb may be too low IMO. I think you should still aim for 1200kcal, minimum, maybe more depending on workload. 14 days is a way long time too.
Reta also helps, will optimize your gluconeogenesis

what would you say then? 7 day then refeed and repeat?

currently trying to lean up quick and lose some fluff without muscle loss then get back to building

Hard to say exactly. Depends on your BF. Depends on your lean mass. Depends on your protein sources. You're trying to modify "rabbit starvation" (look it up) which can damage your brain and organs, into a way to reach a short term goal.

The frustrating part about diet is there is no definitive diet that works for everyone in every situation. It's very personal. It's gonna take some trial and error, and a lot of time, on your part.

Start with a dexa scan and some blood labs. You can get them very cheap now. Post them here and we can continue.
