I've read some articles on this site and browsed forum a little bit.
I would like some question to answer:
My weight is around 155lbs (~140 when i first started to train)
5"9 (BF is around 11-12%)
Have been training for good 6 months.
Have a diet, maybe not to accurate, but I managed to put on 15 lbs of muscles. My goal is to get another ~20 lbs and stay there. Nothing extreme.
Don't know if it helps anyhow but my max squat is around 280lbs, bench is around 225 and deadlift is around 280lbs as well.
I would like to know the riscs of the roids (for example if i'm going for those 20 lbs). I don't want to lose the funcitionallity of my penis, you know
. I read a little bit about deca and the article says that it can screw up my sexual drive in bad amounts. But even small amounts of it can phak it up right?
Well, I need suggestions ideas
my diet is (~3000-4000 cals, ~200g protein, ~400-500 carbs, ~80g fats)
