effectivity and cost savings
finally doing some leg work and more research for buying the peptides:
and correcting my old cas numbers
cas 476014-70-7 is fequestide, or pure tb500 frag without any acetyl being 446.97 g/mol
cas 885340-08-9 is tb500 frag, the one we want from vendors with the AC.
and cas 77591-33-4 this is the normal full protein tb500
comparing the effectivity of tb500 vs tb500 frag
we have the molecular weight of 4921 g/mol vs 889g/mol
dividing both of these gets us to we would use 5,535mg of tb500 full protein to achieve same effect as 1mg tb500 frag
so the full protein contains 0.1806mg of tb500 fragment we want for healing per mg
now we have the tb500 frag at 889.01g. and the acetate salt added by ssa and other vendors usually. the salt adds 59.04 g/mol so the we now have 889.01+59.04 = 948.05 g/mol.
so to get 1mg we have 948.05 * 1.055.
now we also have 889.01 * 1.055
which gives us roughly 938 mg/mol out of every 1 g/mol
so now we can directly compare 0.938mg/0.1806mg
and come up with the end results of
roughly 1mg tb500 full protein = 0,1925mg of tb500 frag
and 1mg tb500 frag = 5.194mg of tb500 full protein
