3rd cycle help - please comment

Hi,
I'm about to do my third cycle and would like your comments. My stats:
32 years old
5'7"
165lbs (I think 15% body fat - gained fat from 2nd cycle)

Second cycle was test enanthate 250mg and deca 250mg for 10 weeks. I gained about 25 lbs on second cycle, gained some fat also. Will try to lose some fat before next cycle.

For my third cycle, here's what I'm planning - My goal is to gain size (and strength):
Test enant 250mg, weeks 1-10
Deca 250 mg, weeks 1-10
D-bol 40mg, weeks 1-4
Will run either arimidex or Femara throughout cycle
Post cycle therapy with clomid

I also want to keep as much of my gains as possible. What type of steroid do you recommend to add towards the end of the cycle to help keep gains - I hear that winstrol/primobolan could be added at the end to help keep gains. Please recommend a cycle or changes to my current cycle. Thanks in advance Bros!
 
I recomend keeping the test dose higher than the deca

also run the test about 2 weeks longer so 12 weeks total
 
if you made good gains from those doses, stick with them. but yes, run the test for 12 weeks and stop the deca at 10, as was mentioned above.

primo or winny wont help you keep the gains. post cycle therapy is what dictates how much you will keep. look into using hCG as part of your PCT. do a search for more info, as i need to get to work now.

I gained about 25 lbs
second you were 140lbs. you dont have to do a heavy cycle (but you know that). follow what joe and meanor said.
 
10 wks vs. 12 wks.

I was thinking about going 12 weeks but I noticed in my second cycle that the gains stopped around week 9 or 10. So I stopped the cycle short at week 10. Does it make sense to stay on the cycle for 12 weeks when my gains stop at week 10? Why are my gains stopping at week 10? I assumed that it's because that's all my body can handle for that cycle (muscle receptors are not receptive/saturated?)

i am 31 yrs and think in general a longer cycle is better for 30 and up. jmho.
