30mg Ephedrine

Earlier I experimented with an ECA stack containing 30mg per tab but it really messed with my blood pressure even when splitting the tabs into 2.

I'm planning to try them again for fat loss, and from what I understand you gotta take them like four times a day to work effectively so I was thinking I'll start them off at a quarter tab at a time 2x a day and build up to 4x or something. I'm just curious as to whats the normal dosage people take per day, cause if I build it up to 15mg per dose thats like 60mg a day which seems a bit too much..?
 
I took 2 pills a day of 25 mg each for about 4 months, it messed with blood pressure for about 2 weeks, and then leveled out. Not sure how well it helped, because I did up my cardio to 4 hour long sessions a week, but I cut 24 pounds over those 4 months while still lifting heavy and eating about 4000 healthy calories a day
 
I have had success with 16 mg - 24 mg taken 2-3 times per day. I have also taken 24mg three times per day and not lost any weight. I find that Ephedrine helps me exercise harder and longer and also can affect my appetite. If I don't take advantage of these effects properly I don't lose weight.

E.g. If I take ECA I don't feel like eating at lunch time, but I still SHOULD have a small lunch. If I skip lunch then I will overeat at supper. If I go out for lunch I will still over-eat even though I didn't think I was hungry.

If I take ECA in the morning I can work harder, if I take ECA 1 hr before exercise I can work harder (burning more calories in both cases).

With all that said, I have lost weight taking as little as 16 mg twice a day. At that level, I don't seem to have ill effects. At 24 mg three times a day I get jittery, and have occasional insomnia. I haven't measured my blood pressure at those doses, but If I were you I'd experiment with a lower dose. I would even skip the 2nd ECA dose on the days I don't exercise. (1-2 days/week).
 
Thanks for the input fellers, I was worried about building to high doses and gonna keep a super close eye on bp. Gonna start with 7mg 2-3X a day and build up. Started drinking coffee for the first time in my life to prepare my body a bit as well cause think it was reacting quite stongly to the caffeine as well.
 
Yes, your not used to coffee the caffeine hits you pretty hard. I am not a coffee drinker, so the 200mg tabs of caffeine REALLY hit me. Sometimes I cut them in half if I am taking a smaller dose of ephedrine.
 
Recommend splitting doses per week so that 2days on 2 days off or week days on weekends off or is it better to just take it every day?
