First cycle

Hi, I'm 23 and have very low testosterone, around 170 ng/dL. I want to run 500 mg of testosterone C per week for 12 weeks, together with Aromasin or Arimidex, 1 mg/day dutasteride, 10 mg/day isotretinoin, and 8 mg/week of Reta, which I’ve already been taking for a few months. What do you think about this stack? Am I messing anything up? Other than my low testosterone, my cholesterol was slightly elevated but everything else came back in the optimal range.

Honestly doesn't sound too bad at all compared to the other guy who just said he wanted to run tren first cycle. Lmao.

Like Adren was saying, probably would be better to start at 250/300 for 4-8 weeks. Get labs done, adjust accordingly, and titrate up if you feel necessary.

Also do some searching on how to get your LDL dialed in, that's a very critical marker.

I'd start even lower. If he's currently sitting 170 ng/dL, 150 mg of test will have him feeling like a king.

Start low and see how it feels to you OP. You haven't said a damn word about your training, diet, sleep, body comp etc. but you want cycle advice. It's clear you're new to this and haven't done enough research.

Why not just start low before you get yourself into some shit you can't handle and you're back on here starting a new "HAALP I GOT TITS" thread?

I’m 6’3” and weigh 250 lbs, with around 35% body fat. I realize I was being foolish to even consider 500 mg of testosterone, so I’ll stick with 150 mg. For training, I follow an upper/lower split, training about an hour per session, five times a week (upper/lower, rest, upper/lower, rest, rest). For nutrition, I consume around 2,500 calories per day with 180 grams of protein, mostly from rice and rotisserie chicken.

Have you tried to figure this out OP? Why at your age levels are where they are?

This isn't aimed at you OP, but generation after generation laziness is more abundant. Sedentary lifestyles, coupled with electronic devices consuming social norms.

You'll get a bunch of hate here for certain things, age will be of significance.

Help us help you...

Give us something to go by. Lifestyle, diet, routine, sleep, social life, current exercise level, steps per day, water intake, work, school, alcohol, rec drugs, script meds. At your age it's far more important to figure out why at an age where T should be booming you're crashing. Anything else of significance.

Jumping to AAS isn't going to change anything until you change the things that are wrong.

Regarding my lifestyle, I usually don’t get much sleep and I attend a lot of social outings. I walk around 6–7,000 steps per day. I don’t consume alcohol or use any drugs. My job is as 3d modeling for games.
Edit:I talked about my diet and training in another reply

Figure out why your testosterone levels are so low. If you do a cycle and then try to PCT, you will go below your previous baseline of 170ng/dl and lose all the gains you made and also feel like shit. The likelihood of you having ED after the cycle is high too, as you have shut down an already not so well functioning HPTA. Imagine meeting a girl and getting close to her, you end up in bed, and you can't get hard. Not only was that a major fuck up, it will also fuck you up mentally in the future as you will fear not being able to get hard when the time comes.

You aren't ready for steroids. Get on a proper program with progressive overload and do the big compound lifts - if they hurt, then spend time learning technique. Learn to meal prep and follow a proper diet and track all macros, supplement all micronutrients, and your bodyfat level should be what you decide it to be.

What is it with this thinking that you can pour kerosine in a 3 cylinder toyota aygo engine with cracked piston and last oil change made 3 years ago, and hope it will run better than ever.

35% body fat

Fix this first

It's probably contributing to why you have low test to begin with

I usually don’t get much sleep

So is this

You didn't mention what your daily cardio is

..... you are doing daily cardio, right?

Lose the weight, sleep properly, eat properly and train hard. Your test will go up

Don't start using drugs because you are too lazy to make changes for yourself.

Just do the work man. Injecting testosterone isn't going to do any of the work for you anyways.

It's on you. go do it.

Yes agreed, 35% bf is too high, you have to lower that. I think 500mg is fine for a first cycle, when I started that was the standard beginner cycle. I don't see any point to titrate up the dose unless your staying on TRT

That's disgusting. Your testosterone is low because you're extremely unhealthy and probably lazy. Maybe sort out your health before blasting steroids. Also pre-emptively using an AI, 5-ARI and Accutane is an awful idea.
