I took off about 3 years but Im 62 now....if you are doing a legit trt protocol say 150 to 200mg weekly after 2 to 3 weeks of getting your body back into a lifting regimen you oughta be gtg.Had to take a few months off for various reasons, went to the gym today and boy was it depressing how much strength you lose the older you get after time off. Anyway how long do people wait before running a cycle after a break from lifting? Straight into it?
