Test/ Primo [october 25,2020]

So I started my first blast on the 23rd of December, after waiting a while and researching.
Blast and cruise amount and duration will be decided by two factors: blood values & coach input

i had been interested in the past but did not cycle due to not knowing how I would recover and potential for drug tests. After reading a lot more and taking up weightlifting recreationally I decided to give it a go, found a coach here on meso to help and will begin my first blast.

Reasoning:
I like Combat sports and classic weightlifting and so my goals down the line are primarily related to combat sports, but maybe body building will stick, I like it so far. I want to be more explosive, and in doing so I have read a lot about Olympic weightlifting and decided to practice those movements to gain explosive power. When I started weightlifting I found I was really weak for my height from years of endurance sports and after reading about the Soviet Weightlifting System decided to move my weight up. My current goal is to get to 112+ Kg. I added 10kg naturally pretty quick and then slowed down tremendously in weight gain. I will do hypertrophic exercises/ bodybuilding then go to try to PR with new muscle mass and train fast twitch fibers, unless bodybuilding sticks.

Name: Ligma and Sugma
Height: 186cm
Weight: 80kg

Bloodwork info:
Test: 6.05 ng/dl
E2:26.2 pg/ml
Prolactin: 281 uIU/ml
LH: 4.10
FSH: 2.12
HDL:1.65 nmol/L
LDL: 1.69 nmol/L
* I will update values during cycle to see what happened

I also did semen analysis and will be seeing how several protocols will effect the numbers/ motility throughout blasting/cruising.

Lifts before moving to hypertrophy phase:
Bench: 95kg
Squat: 106kg
Deadlift:155kg
(Have not rechecked for several months, hopefully they have increased haha)

Diet
Meal 1: eggs +rice + blueberries
Meal 2+4: chicken/ red meat fruit pasta carrots
Meal 3+5: chicken/ salmon sweet potato veggies

+post and inter workout snacks

Supplements:
500mg Test weekly basis
400mg Primo weekly basis
500iu hCG EOD
3iu hGh ED
Adex biweekly

Exercise frequency 4-5 times a week +10k or more steps

Running a -Back/Biceps- Chest/Shoulders- Legs- split

First week went pretty much how I was expecting. Not really feeling any different but was shocked by the pip. I thought people who post about pip are overreacting but it do be what it is and the shit suck during the first couple injections. Hurt to sit down at a christmas party due to glute pip after leg day.

Also felt a bit sick as the wife came down a viral throat infection which pops up pretty much every winter.

(Last week)
Weight: 80kg
Got 5 days in the gym
Chest Back Legs /rest/ Chest/rest/ Back

This week
Monday: rest
Tuesday: Legs

@Gbro yeah I thought so too, but will trust the coach and his experience w/ aas. hGH/peptides aren’t new to me so there aren’t any sides at only 3iu. I’m also not genetically gifted when it comes to strength sports training naturally so I’ll see what happens during first blast and results and go forward from there.

Honestly the primo is over kill here. You can only grow so quickly and adding extra gear will just cause potential harm with no extra growth. I would bet good money you would gain almost the exact same muscle on just the test at your size.

But at least they're the 2 safest compounds, everything else looks solid. I don't see cycle length tho.

yeah that sounds pretty reasonable tbh. This was one of my concerns, but seeing as They are the safer compounds I didn’t get too worried and figured it shouldn’t be too risky. Cycle length should be up to 20 weeks at most, but it’s really gonna depend on bloodwork. If blood work isn’t looking great i will just end the blast.

Who's your coach and why would you use Adex bi-weekly?
Coach is musclefreak from this forum. Adex .5mg 2 times a week seems to be a pretty normal recommendation form For 500mg test for estrogen reduction that I’ve seen. This was his advice, I read other articles here about tamoxifen 10/20mg per day but figured I’ll give his recommendation a try. If there are symptoms of low estrogen I suppose I’ll just have to take bloodwork and go from there.

Oh, okay. When i see Bi-weekly i immediately think every other week. That makes more sense.

Keep in mind the DHT derivative may have some lowering effects on E2, so don't go eating those thing's without a good reason to.

Wed: chest/shoulders thurs: back/biceps sat:legs sunday: will get another chest day in
Weight: 80.7

Had a pretty good week in the gym especially leg day. Was able to go ass to grass on my 3x10 with each rep including rest pause, and that was cool, couldn’t get full ROM at this weight last time.
Looking back on my main lifts they all went up pretty solidly with reps a bit quick compared to how fast I was progressing in the past. Pretty excited for the ball to really get rolling.

My wife and other folks also have been making comments about looking more muscular/am I working out more? (I don’t see it lol) Its kind of surprising considering it’s been 1 1/2 weeks and I am eating and exercising the same as I had been while bulking natty for months and boxed consistently 6-7days a week for years. Kind of disheartening tbh.

Going switch from test prop to test ace as Prop PIP is pretty gnarly while the primo has 0 pip whatsoever....

Weight 83.5
This past week was good. I put on 3kg to my weight, and raw PRs went up by 20kg each. I’m excited to try to PR later with a belt and push myself a bit more.

Got 5 workouts in this week and I was pretty surprised . Each time doing sets of 10 reps I could add around 5-10kg per main lift. Drop sets take forever now and it I feel like I can really push my body harder than in the past before it gets to failure. The rest days im really dead tired and don’t want to do jack shit but eat.

Diet has been good. Sticking to eggs carbs in the morning, 2 meals of chicken/beef/goat carbs and 2 of chicken/beef/salmon carbs and the assorted greens and carrots etc. No sugar, no bullshit, no salt, a little dairy here and there. If I don’t get food on time though I feel pretty exhausted and it’s a good motivator to keep eating.

hCG seems to be working fine

No signs of e2 crash yet, got good energy, heightened libido (borderline annoying)

Good sleep quality, sleeping more and recovery has been improved significantly.

Really cool to see how quick progress is compared to just a couple weeks ago.

the primo is not an overkill by any means... why do you say that?
I dont see primo causing harm even up to a gram if BP is under control

EDIT
NVM. I saw its his first cycle.

Fine week, got into the gym 4 times, 2 back days, 1chest/shoulder, 1 legs, will hit legs again tomorrow. Want to go for a heavy single back squat to see if it’s improved to hit 5 lifting days.
Increased rep of 10 on deadlift by another 5kg, +worked on deadlift form a lot this week. Replaced good mornings and back extensions for seated pulley rows to get a bit more work in lats as lower back seems to get enough work out of >40 deadlift reps. My back has gotten noticeably wider since starting and it seems I make back gains most easily. Chest is definitely weakest point, but incline press is improving and I didn’t use this exercise before so hopefully I will see some progress.

Diet: I have kept my macros the same up until this point and have been seeing good strength gains+ not too much fat gain. a bit further into cycle coach will make some changes in diet, but for now it seems fine. Had a cheat meal Friday morning and replaced eggs and carbs with 12 beef steamed buns+ 1 beef pancake + strawberry yogurt. Taste good not to eat 6egg whites an egg and 100g carbs +fruit for once.
Shirts starting to get tighter/gonna need some new clothes after this cycle if it is gonna keep going like this. Some clothes I had used when cutting below 70kg for fights are just unusable now, so they got donated to the wife. Merry Christmas.

Getting 10k-12k steps per day in.
Also did sperm analysis to see if stack has changed it. Number is up about 20%, motility down 20% from before starting the stack. Will check again in 8 weeks or so, just out of curiosity.

Caught a cold but got leg day in, was able to push 1rm on back squat up 30kg since checking before cycle, then dropped 45kg and did 3sets of 10 and rest pause, went on w/ rest of leg day.

Im curious what the average strength gains are for 3 weeks into a short ester cycle because the results seem to be coming faster than I expected at this point and I haven’t experienced any side effects beside eternal rotating pip from Ed prop pins.

Week 4
84.5kg

This week was not as good as the previous weeks due to illness and virgin muscle pip.

Limped& lifted 3 days so far. Tuesday: chest. thursday:back. Friday chest.

Shooting to get in the gym sat/Sun too if all is well. Will at least get another back day.

Despite being sick and crippled I was able to add weight on 10 rep sets

incline press +10kg& +20kg for set of 8

tricep Pushdowns +20kg

Lat pulldowns +5kg

Trap/delt flies +10kg

Seated Pulley rows +10kg

Bad stuff

1: I Didn’t have a cold, had a virus ~5days, which made it really hard to eat during the week. Some meals I nearly vomited. First time in 2 months I didn’t hit all my macros a few days. Fully weighed out and cooked meals went to waste

2: first time quad injections and virgin PIP handicapped me. Couldn’t walk for shit, knees are potatoes. Hope I can get a leg day in this weekend, but I’m not too optimistic, for training purposes it’s still fucked, but improving each day.

Still happy with progress this week despite annoying setbacks

Sunday week 4
Weight 85kg

Got in to the gym 4 times this week

Got diet back on track since I’m not feeling sick.
Only took AI once this week instead of two times, and I feel quite good.

Got a back day in today. Added another 10kg to my deadlift sets of 10 to adjust weight to around 75% of 1rm since it went up last week. Working sets at 130kg x10 +rest pause. Did lat pulldowns, Rows, deltoid flies, bicep curls/bicep machine.

Tried to hit some legs too but my knee is still in pain even though limp is gone. Just not happening this week. Really want to get squatting again ASAP since I just did new PR and want to keep up the momentum. Hope this PIP is resolved 100% in next couple days.
Glad to get all virgin pip done though.

Tried my best to get legs in, was able to do
Seated leg curls,Hip abductors, calve raises.

Couldn’t get my squats or quad exercises in due to knee inflammation, so it’s a slightly incomplete week. Better than nothin

Weight 85kg

Back on track, having a good week. Fully recovered from the virus I had. getting all my macros in. Hungry and ready to go. 1st time quad pip mostly resolved and I can continue my leg days.

Tuesday had chest/shoulder
+10kg to sets of 10 incline press, was really happy with that last week could only press it for 7/8
Pec Dec +15kg in sets of 10

Wednesday legs
Added +10kg to my squat sets of 10. hope knee is 100% by 2nd leg day this week, really want to push myself in the squat and get full ROM for the reps without knee pain.
Hamstring curls +15kg. Really happy with this, hamstrings are starting to make clear progress, and have grown
Hip abduction +10kg. Not sure what to do as it’s the limit on the machine. Will probably replace with a sumo deadlift. Might be a bit much if I deadlift 4 times a week though. Gotta ask coach.

Calves haven’t really progressed in the weight, not sure why.

Side effects still negligible maybe a bit more acne on upper back.

84.5 kg
Diet will change, going to be adding 30g carbs intra workout, (now 60) and more food too, as per coaches instructions. Not very excited about this, gonna start making shakes to get it all down. Eating according to the prescribed diet definitely is more of a chore than I expected.

Friday back

Gym was closed so I threw in a lot of row variations

Romanian deadlifts
Pendley rows
Meadows rows
Dumbbell rows
Bicep curls
Preacher curls

Row variations making good progress, lowered weight on deadlift to work on technique and grip strength which lags behind back strength a bit

Saturday chest/shoulders gym closed so training exercises are a bit unusual

Bench press
Behind neck power jerk
Tricep kickbacks
Lateral raises
Upright rows
Pec flys

Thinking about starting 6 days per week as opposed to the usual 4-5 since I am feeling like I am recovering quicker and don’t really run out of energy in the gym at this point. Don’t want to overtrain though.

Sunday
Tried to get in a leg day at home since gyms are all closed this week was tired as fuck and had no machines at home so was too tired to do much.
Just got back squats at 90kg/200lbs for sets of 10 and calves raises at 160kg/350
At home I can only use barbell and such so I was too tired to get in my front squats and sumos.
So about 4.5 training days this week, fine.
Gonna shoot for 6 this week, feeling a lot better than yesterday so let’s see how it goes.
