13 week update

I'm not a bodybuilder just love the gym in the near future I would love to compete if I feel up for the challenge though.

I been working out for years I just had a bad relapse last year, the gym is what keeps me sober.

I'm glad I got back to working out, these time with anabolic's!
cycle was sustanon 375mg, boldenone cyp 800mg, dbol 30mg then I took off boldenone cyp and added NPP 300mg and I went up on sust to 500mg I also took off dbol and that's at week 13 I plan on going to week 16 or 17 last 3 weeks I do want to add winstrol 25mg to 50mg a day depending on how I react to it.
I know these is alot but I'm feeling great and I found out I'm a handle estregen well I don't even have to take an AI but I still do a low dose just to be safe. Started at 128pounds I'm 180pounds please know that I have muscle memory before relapsing I was 190 pounds natural. Long ass rant over.

Hello man. Good luck with your goal and full recovery. But I would like to see a starting point in order to assess progress.

Theres the pictures before I started the cycle but yeah Ill try and keep better progress pics I do have a book a keep my daily doses of everything I take tho just slacking with pics

What about your workout? What are you doing for those legs?

I completely agree that you need to pay attention to diet, nutrition is a big part of success.

I completely missed that he has before and afters all in the first post. I thought they were all "after" pics.

Yeah, agreed, there are definite changes now that I see there are before and after photos.

Yeah to be honest I'm not weighting my food or keeping track of carbs and protein.

what I do know it's that since I started the cycle I've been slowly adding more food, I eat steak,chicken,rice,veggies and protein shakes, eggs,beans that's my diet mainly.

and I eat about 6 times a day and that's not counting snacks like yogurt,fruits,and bagels,peanut butter, cold smoke salmon.

Yeah I got stabbed a few years ago when I was doing bad selling drugs a group of guy try to rob me I fought them off me and my brother and got stabbed sadly but at least they didn't take the drugs or money definitely worth it lol.

Glad I'm doing good now the gym keeps me sober and sane it literally safe my life.

Now everything is more or less clear. Yes, you will take control of the food and everything will be fine. And I think all your hardships are behind you and you will begin to progress.

Then start tracking.

If you are hitting your macros over 6 meals you will not be able to snack.

Plus, taking control of your macros means a better visual result at the end.


Once you have tracked for a while, you will have a better idea and may not need to track.

Starting tracking will show you, however, that you are WAY off. It will be at least three - four days of trying before you get your macros correct.

Then weeks or months of tracking.

THEN maybe you will have enough experience to hit your goals during a bulk without tracking.

The fact that you tell us you are doing 6 meals and snacks tells me your diet is way off.

Give it a shot. You have nothing to lose and literally everything to gain.

MyFitnessPal is free. Food scales are twenty bucks. Muscular ripped body is priceless.

I know that's why I know I need a coach but before that I'm going to try it myself cause I never even tried

I'll check out MyFitnessPal, and it's been hard lately, going through alot of financial problems and just working my ass off it makes it so hard to take care of a family and the gym. But it's all good. I never give up anyway
