Hey fellas just want to show off my progress I’ve made the last 12ish months. I’ve ran 2 cycles so far and am preparing for my 3rd now. First was 500mg test a week for 16 weeks and Anavar for 8 weeks at the end. Then cruised for a couple months. Around the beginning of summer I ran 500 test, 300 primo for 16 weeks then went back down to a cruise of 200mg test and that’s where I’m at currently. Ya guys think this looks like some pretty solid progress? Would also like to hear what bf% you think I’m currently at. Start was like 170ish I believe and am now at 200. Trying to cut down to around 195 or so before going on blast again.

Also yes I know my mirror is dirty as fuck, I’ve been busy/lazy and am gonna be moving in a couple weeks.

I’m staying on indefinitely because doing pct after every cycle seems to be a waste for me personally. I don’t have any current desire to have children and bloods haven’t been bad enough to warrant dropping all together. I dont really have much desire to step on stage however, just have physique goals that require AAS. I do plan on living this lifestyle long term, until my body doesn’t agree with what I’m doing anymore. At that point I’ll be looking to run a real trt dose (200 still has me a bit over reference).

It isn't current that is the issue, but "ever."

Staying on for long periods of time can reduce fertility and cause sterility. Sometimes regaining fertility is very, very difficult, and a lengthy process.

Just something to consider if you ever think you may marry, and your wife might expect you to be able to produce children with her without her having to fuck the neighbors while you are at work.
 
You're essentially the same weight you were in December. Was the ~35-40# all right at the beginning of your first cycle, and did you do a dexa back then to compare to?

Looking good. The tan is the biggest difference in the before/after though. Did you do melanotan?

I’d honestly reconsider skipping PCT, man. Staying shut down long term can eventually lead to ED, and the idea of having to rely on Viagra for the rest of your life doesn’t sound too fun. Even if you’re not planning on kids, keeping your natural system at least somewhat functional gives you more options down the road

You quoted "170." I do not understand your post. He said he went from 170 to 200. That is an increase of 30 pounds, which is probably about right for 2 cycles. How is that "essentially the same weight?"

Also, I can see a significant difference in his upper body, and he did not include his lower body.

He said starting point was 170. He was 208 in December, which is "essentially the same" as, maybe a little more, than now. That's 38 pounds. The progress we're evaluating in this thread, per OP, is the last 12 months. My query was if the 38 pounds gained was all during his first cycle, since it's still in the air when exactly he put it on, because we know that none of it happened in the last 9 months.

All clear now? I can draw a chart if it helps.
 
Your photos give me hope I can still look good if I drop some more weight for health reasons . . . it's a bit of a mental block after decades of get bigger, get bigger, get bigger over and over
Yea my first cycle that was the goal, just put on as much mass as I can, and I got quite fat so cut back down to 195 before second cycle.

December cycle I put on a good bit of fat so cut back down and did better second. Also yes to mt2.

Guess I should’ve given more detail per cycle.

1st cycle I went from 170-208. I cut down to 195 after due to putting on a lot more fat than I liked to be. Just spit balling but I don’t think I put on any more than 10-15lbs of lean tissue first cycle.

2nd cycle I went from 195-215. After lowering dose to trt I have slowly went down to 200. So yes I’m the same weight but leaner.
 
As another 6 foot + guy I think this is definitely a solid push up. It takes a lot more weight to make a smaller visual change than people in the 5 foot range, so props to you for making a big step forward. That’s a lot of mass to have added

Dont get caught up in the numbers. When I did my first or second cycle I got to 220. I was slightly higher than 220 my last cut 3 years later and the quality was much better. A world apart really. Numbers might seem significant materially but in aesthetics they don’t mean so much unless you’re comparing yourself peeled down. You can be the same weight but have made massive changes to your physique, so it’s better to be concerned with visuals than a number nobody else sees.
 
What was your experience with MT2? Any weird sides? Darker freckles?
Honestly just flush and a little queasy is all. Haven’t really noticed moles darkening or any new ones tbh. I also started it slow and haven’t even used any more than 200ug. Started out at 100 and just increased by 25 every other day. Now I just run 200 once a week. Can’t really get too much of a tan outside now that it’s starting to get cloudy and cooler. Just been using tanning bed for 5 mins once a week.

Honestly the worst is the flush, it just makes you look weird and lasts like 2 hrs. First time I used it I decided it would be a good idea to go get my haircut before tanning and about mid way through I looked up into the mirror and I looked like a demon. Lady cutting my hair was prob wondering what the hell was going on with me.

Just for reference, and this is not a critique or advice to run less gear (I’ve stopped trying to help with that), but im about 240ish lbs right now and I’m getting results (tissue and strength retention on a cut, not trying to grow) on test 300 / primo 200. I do wonder if you could get away with less. I say this mostly just because you’ve stated you don’t intend to come off / run PcT. What this means is that over time your dosages will just escalate from here. You don’t want to be a few years out from now running over 2 grams per week just to grow another few lbs of tissue. Why? You’ll likely encounter health issues that will force you to stop.

Thank you for this. I’ve been thinking about that actually and it’s good to hear you’re able to get away with less total gear. I’m yet to start my next cycle but might end up going for a lower total amount over a longer period. And yes I am already a victim of pushing more than what I seen myself doing. When I started, the goal was to just use trt+ to get a slight enhancement to what I could’ve done naturally. Well that fell apart pretty quick.
