Need help Please

hey yall

im super new to all of this and i need some help please...4 months ago i hit the scale a 277lbs majority FAT! thats when i said to myself, "your not going to get laid" so i decided to change my life around.
I joined a local gym and started lifting and doing cardio hard. I did some research and found out that dieting is the best way to loose weight, i must of have looked at a least 200 different diets,
i combined bits and pieces and started my own i went for 12 weeks measuring all my meals and not cheating in any way. I got down to 223 and dropped from a 40inch waist to a 34.
Now im doing a different diet (ill post iboth diets at the bottom)
i want more so i started taking anavar, this is my 4th week on it @ 30mg a day. I definatelly noticed a boost in strength and my numbers all went up however my weight is going up by the day im now 245lbs...i was told that the var would help me loose more, thats where im lost. should i change my current diet around? should i stack it with something if yes, what with? or should i just stop taking them? Please let me know what you guys think....thanks for the help



Current diet (5 meals)

Meal 1 Supplements
1 whole egg 2caps CLA
7 egg whites 1cap Vita green
1cap Adrenalean

Meal 2 1cap Zinc
6oz chicken 1cap Alpha Lipoic Acid
2oz sweet potato 1cap Calcium
6oz Asparagus

Meal 3 (Same and Meal 1)
6oz chicken
3oz asparagus
Flax Seed oil

Meal 4 (same as meal 2)
(same as meal 1)

Meal 5
(same as meal 2) no supplements





Heres the first 12 week diet i did

Meal 1 8am
8 egg whites
1 whole egg
1.33 cup steamed spinach
6.5 OZ PEELED ruby red grapefruit (splenda can be used)
1 Vita Green Capsule

Meal 2 10am
2 scoops Scivation Whey
2 tbsp Peanut butter or 18 almonds
1 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans
3 Dandelion Root capsules

Meal 3 1pm
5oz grilled chicken breast or tuna (canned in water)
1 cup steamed broccoli or green beans
4 tsp peanut butter
1 Alpha Lipoic Acid capsule

Meal 4 4pm
5oz grilled chicken breast or tuna
1 cup steamed broccoli or green beans
4 tsp peanut butter or 12 almonds

Meal 5 8pm
5oz grilled chicken breast or tuna
5g GlutaForm
1 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans
1 Vita Green Capsule

Meal 6 10pm
1.75 scoops Scivation Whey
½ cup steamed Broccoli or green beans
1oz avocado
6.5oz PEELED ruby red grapefruit ot 99g blueberries
3 Dandelion Root capsules


EVERY 18TH MEAL

1.5 cup steamed green beans
½ cup oatmeal
6.5oz PEELED grapefruit
12 almonds
8oz yam or sweet potato
2 tsp peanut butter
 
So in 4 weeks of Var you put on 23 pounds? LOL that aint Var son!

Also its great you decided to do something with your life other than be an obese abuser of our health care system, BUT why did you think you were ready to do steroids after a measly 12 weeks of getting your shit together when you where already getting great results!

See a pattern? You have no idea what your doing when it comes to AAS's and you go pop some pill you bought from who knows where and youre blowing up like a balloon and you have no fuckn idea why!

STOP taking steroids! Start learning how to train and diet correctly.
 
like chase said bro you really dont need to be on any type of steroid. learn better dieting and working out first before you jump on it. what your taking for you to gain like that is definately not var. they probably gave you some dbol or something else. do you have a pic of the var you can show us. your current diet is so small you should still be losing weight not gaining. if you need any other help just ask.
 
That's exactly what I was thinking...he got his "Ox's" messed up. He told the guy oxandrolone and got oxymetholone. I hear this is a pretty common mistake if you don't know what the hell you're doing.

Yeah anavar shouldnt be adding much weight if any at all. Ive seen that happen, its common the Ox's get mixed up.
